I placed an online order for pickup and the meals I ordered had shakes and there is an upcharge for those. I get to the drive thru to get my order because it says it's ready and get told they closed down the shake machine early for cleaning so I would have to pick another drink. They wanted me to pick another drink at the shake price so I asked for a refund. They only gave me a refund for the upcharge after waiting over 20 minutes for them to figure it out.
