I've went several times and same issue every time. I think the business is set up to be more demanding and they are just not that busy so food get reheated. Quality is not matching any Arby's.Staff is always great and no issues. They are just working with what they have

We ordered a roast turkey and bacon sandwich and a roast beef and cheddar sandwich, with a small curly fry. The fries were cold, hard, and old. And the guy touched them with his bare hands, I could see it through the window. The turkey sandwich had hardly any turkey on it and the bacon was rock hard. And the roast beef sandwich was super sloppy and it did not taste right. The beef tasted weird, I can't explain it. But we've had these items at Arby's before so we know what it's supposed to be like.I called the store and the guy who answered said he was the manager, and he seemed annoyed that I was complaining, and afterwards he asked, "well, what do you want ME to do about it?" And I said "nothing, I just wanted you to know how messed up it all was." And he just hung up on me. I don't understand what kind of customer service is that? I wasn't even being rude or upset about it. It's just that we paid almost 20 dollars for all this and it's just extremely disappointing.Needless to say we will not be returning to this Arby's.
