Stopped on a Thursday evening around 6:30 and only one vehicle. My wife opened the front door and two big dogs started barking and one got up coming toward us. We shut the door and left. Never again!

I don’t know how I can stress this enough, but Tammy makes one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever had. It’s a simple cheeseburger, no frills, nothing fancy, not a sloppy mess like most modern gourmet burgers. I eat them plain because they don’t need anything else..I’m not sure if it’s the way the beef is seasoned, or the way the bun is toasted so perfectly, but it is amazing. If you’re driving on I-90, get off the highway and check this place out. I am from Chicago and have had hundreds of gourmet burgers from all types of burger joints, and none of them can compare to this. Counting down the days till I can stuff one of those down my gullet again.

A great Roadhouse bar in the village of Summit. The burgers are huge, made with fresh hand formed patties. Fish fry on Fridays, and Saturday night Prime rib. Open everyday, which is hard to find.
