We got there and stood there waiting for someone to help us and they just ignored us, an older gentleman walks in and then they come and help him right away. HORRIBLE

The slowest taco bell drive thru i have ever been through. The people working here don't know what they're doing and don't know you're supposed to get drive thru first then inside. There was a line of 6 cars with me. Ridiculous. Learn how to train your people and how to properly run a FAST food place.

Mauston Taco Bell I've been in that place many many times in those times has been dysfunctional messy floors not clean tables not wiped down numerous other things has not been filled up but today I walked in there ordered a meal and sat down as I was eating my meal I took notice of the supervisor on duty as I finished my meal I walked up and told her very well done she had her people working for her she had everything in order floors were clean everything was stock up I was impressed how she handled everything this place in mauston has never been like this she did a very good job of handling everything making sure that things got done and stocked up if I was you Taco Bell you better keep her VERY GOOD JOB. THANK YOU P.S. could you bring back the rattlesnake please

No chili at this location and they charge $.50 for a red sauce. The burrito was fresh folded oddly but super good clean store connected to the gas station BP. It was a little tough to determine that when you pull into the parking lot.

Food is pretty good most of the times. Depends what on the time of day. Drive through is a little interesting. Causes issues with the main door if you have a longer vehicle.
This taco bell ain't the fastest but it all tastes like taco bell and it has truck parking

The entire family loves Taco Bell. We like the Doritos Locos tacos and crispy cantina chicken with the grilled cheese burrito the most. ( They are the best When they're done right. Preferably When the cheese are melted on them nicely and with a roasted look.) And SHOUT-OUT TO MS ANN, we always get the best service and we can rely that our orders are all there and are done right, and most of all ARE DONE TO OUR LIKING.
This is a sausage burrito. That’s only about 4 inches long. I got dinner last night from them and it was wrong. I figured I’d try again this morning for breakfast and this is what I get.update. They forgot the sausage on my sausage burrito. I got an egg. What a disappointment. Management needs to do something with this store.

This place is desperately lacking in customer service. I ordered 2 items on the menu and waited 20 mins for my food. There are at least 4 employees in the back laughing and carrying on, and during that 20 mins, not one came up front to speak to the customers. My order wasn't correct. I asked for extra stuff on my food, paid for extra, and didn't get it. Once they hand you the food, they go back, and you won't see anyone until the next order is ready.
