Visited twice. The first time was on opening day. As expected, several vehicles ahead of me. As I waited to order which the line seem to take forever to move, I observe quite a few vehicles leave the line and leave without ordering. Once at the speaker I was asked for my order which I gave and received no response like go to first window. I called out several times but received no answer. Finally I arrived at the window and ad they read what I ordered it was completely wrong. Considering the long wait and inaccuracy of my order I asked to speak to the manager which I did and all I got from him was a lot of excuses and even seemed a bit rude. I would think being a opening day they would want to get it right, they didn't. The people that I feel for are the new employees working that day who may have looked forward to starting a new career working a recognized chain. May of been their first job and unfortunately this probably was not a pleasant day at all. I made excuses for restaurant but a couple weeks I was as a closeby gas station waiting to pay my bill and the customers ahead of me were uttering the same complaint about Wendy's so up to that point I'm guessing nothing has changed. Great job to the Manager that day, yeah, right. Never again will I waist my time at what use to be a great fastfood restaurant.

Great customer service, every time, from every employee. The remodel is paying off. They added charging plugs, free wifi, comfortable seating, and an air curtain to keep pests out.
Taco salad was disgusting.Looked nothing like picture on menu.Serious runny chili on a salad.Very little cheese and tortilla chips.Why even have it.Service was good.A little pricey.

For truckers once you make turn into the small alleyway. Keep straight. There is gate through the gate and keep driving to the other side of the building on your left side. There is one dock. I posted picture as a reference. I don’t think there is overnight

Had the chicken wrap for $7.50 and couldn't find the chicken. Was like eating lettuce and a small softshell.
