Food was great. Took me 20 minutes to get thru the drive-thru. Only 1 car after me. They didn’t bring out my loaded tots and my receipt. I had to go inside and found employees scrolling Facebook. 25 minutes at a drive-thru restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. Others have had similar experiences. Will not come here again

Very rude and unhappy workers especially the managers they all seem to all be angry and lazy and when they mess up and you ask for something they missed they constantly give you attitude and are extremely condescending, -10/10 wouldn’t recommend to a starving person with no other options better to go hungry tbh

This particular location is located in a Pilot truck stop I was here for breakfast also for lunch enjoy the friendly staff and the one staff member must have had OCD because the place was spotless food was delicious thanks

Bunch of idiots working here. Just went to drive thru to order. Sat there for at least 5 mins before I went inside and asked if they were taking drive thru orders. I had said hello to the speaker multiple times. When I walked in and seen 6 people working and Noone noticed I realized hoew good ARBYS looked right across the road. Had my order and meal in less than 2 mins!
