We are avid supper club fans and decided to make the 1.5 hour trek north to Wisco. Google gave this restaurant a high rating. Restaurant looked promising from the outside and they have a neat way of checking you in - you're given a playing card ♦️ ♠️ We arrived prior to our reservation at 7 pm and had a couple drinks at the bar. Bartender was prompt and pleasant. We perused the menu while at the bar. The waitress takes your order at the bar prior to seating you. We were seated around 7:20. We were served a nice relish tray and loaf of bread, followed by fresh salads Our waitress was very pleasant. Fast forward to 8:30 pm. Yes, 8:30 pm - when were were STILL waiting for our dinner. The waitress notified us they were out of filets and apologized for the delay. A substitution for the filet was made. Why it took an hour and a half to tell us is a mystery. At least two tables by us were seated, served, and left during this time. The restaurant closes at 9 pm. We were finally served after 9 pm (with more apologies from the waitress) and left around 10 pm. Not sure what the problem was, it wasn't that busy. Overall a very disappointing experience. We won't be back
Went to the Wisco Saturday night with another couple arrived around 4:15 went to the bar and had drinks bartenders were friendly ordered 2 old fashions and a specialty Martini off their drink menu, which the bartender never made before but was okay chatted with several other people we knew there. Bar and dining area maybe had 25 people our bartender asked if we wanted to see menus . He then brought us 4 menus and told us the waitress would be with us shortly. We ordered 2 more drinks and the hostess came over and asked if we had reservations which we didn’t. We were then advised that they were booked for the night but she said she would try and fit us in. A few minutes later the owner came out to apologize and told us that they were booked for the night and couldn’t get us a table because we didn’t have reservations. This is now 4:45 with 25 people there. We asked him again how long of a wait without a reservation and he told us he could not get us in. If they were booked for the night why would you not tell us immediately instead of giving us menus or change your signage to say reservations required. We were very disappointed and finished our drinks and left.
Great atmosphere and great food
Excellent food and service. Might have been the best steak I ever had!!! Great Atmosphere!!! Will be telling everyone to come here!!!
Went here tonight for some dinner with my wife and son. Stuck out on the cross roads in a sleepy little town lies the Wisco Supper Club. What a place this is...it is a real hidden gem.
I recommend reservations....but we didn't have reservations...the owner was able to get us a table in about 20 minutes or so...which wasn't to bad because they have this nice little bar that just beckons you over and you just get a drink and relax.
Before we were seated we put in our order.....I got the 8oz. ribeye witha baked potato and the French onion soup. My wife got the beef tips over mashed potatoes and the French onion soup as well.
The French onion soup is highly recommended...it has a very deep color to it and is very flavorful...the cheese melted and toasted on top with some bread on top.
I had my ribeye cooked medium rare...and I was just that...it was also very flavorful and tender and tasted wonderful. It paired nicely with my baked potato which came with butter and sour cream.
My wife also enjoyed her beef tips saying that they were tender and flavorful and she said she would definitely get them again.
Our meal also came with a loaf of bread with butter. A small tray of veggies, some pita bread wedges and crackers with speadable cheese, liver pate or braunschweiger, some beets, and a tuna salad....These were just the right amount with a good variety to choose from...just enough to snack on before the main coarse.
This place is uniquely decorated and is reminiscent of an old timey Supper club.....and the decor, combined with the food, I believe it does just that.
The waitresses, staff and bartender was all friendly and accommodating and the owner was also there and was very friendly and talkative and seemed to genuinely care about your dining experience.
To put it bluntly...this place is awesome...we will be back again....just a wonderful place to drink and dine!

A TRUE Wisconsin supper club. Drove from far away to come here. Hospitality and food was excellent. So welcoming and treated us like neighbors.

strongly recommend the wisco for a great dinner & a few drinks. the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the food and service was hard to beat. It will be our new go to place 👌
Was not greeted when we went to check in at hostess. They were on the phone and never acknowleged us. That doesn't go over well with me. Just wish the Old Fashioneds were hand mulled and not made with a mix. Inconsistent pricing on drinks depending on which bartender made them. Slow service due to being short staffed. Food was good.
Great cocktails, friendly service. The baked French onion soup was fantastic. Steaks were perfect. We look forward to going back in the future.

Have to say that my impatient FIB showed itself tonight but everything I had was great! The whole process is the way it used to be at a true Wisconsin supper club. You are greeted as you enter and given option of dining directly or enjoyed a pre-dinner beverage or two (all charged to a table and identified by a playing card they give you). The staff was very nice. I had the half slab of ribs and they were fork tender with a great rub combined with an awesome homemade sauce. Even the salad was a step up - no iceberg but a great greens mix. I enjoyed it and will be back!

Bartender was great. Old Fashions are nothing special, try muddling! That would make for a better old fashioned. Also, don’t use such cheap whiskey on your rail! Great atmosphere. Service was horrible. Food was fair at best. I ordered a king ribeye, it was the same size as the queen ribeye. Lots of fat and grizzle. Server brought salads and said she messed up and our food was ready but she wasn’t going to bring it out right away? Sat under a heat lamp and dried out. Hot spinach salad dressing was cold. Relish tray was not as expected. Buy some cups to put stuff in not paper cups. These owners need to visit a real supper club in the holyland and take some pointers. Needless to say, I don’t think we will be back. Schwartz’s, Blanck’s or Roepkes can have my money.
