I had such a great experience at Culver’s this morning thanks to Alex. He brought my food out and then went the extra mile by double-checking whether I had barbecue sauce for my chicken tenders because he remembered he didn’t see anyone put it in the bag. He went back inside, grabbed the sauce, and brought it back out to me — all on a cold day. Alex is a very kind young gentleman and a wonderful worker. His attentiveness and care really stood out, and I wanted to make sure...
Everything was good as it usually is it Culver's but the reason for this review is the single out the excellent service by Gavin! We observed customer service Above and Beyond in all his interactions with the customers in the store.
THE number one Culver's in the Midwest. So much cared is given to making this Culver's look better than any other. I don't know if it is the atmosphere of English garden landscapes, but the food and custard always taste better here, and the service is the best. We live in Stoughton but will drive the few miles off we want good Culvers food. They seem to have the crews working well together.
