A classic local supper club, this hidden gem is worth the scenic drive through the woods. Small, quaint and charming, this is the epitome of friendly hospitality and great food in central Wisconsin. Dinners come with soup or tomato juice (the same as every restaurant my parents took us to in the 1960's!), a small, fresh salad bar, and a generously portioned entree. The Pan Fried Walleye was perfectly prepared and served with drawn butter and tartar sauce. The hash browns...
These folks are definitely short staffed, but they are also very efficient. You have to have a bit of patience if they are busy, but the food and the experience is well worth the wait. We will be back soon!!!
It is a nice place to eat. They are short on staff so you may need to wait to be seated and the service isn't as fast as it used to be prepandrmic. The old fashion s are definetly staples that make that added wait time more pleasant. Just don't overdue it. Overall a good meal!
