Horrible. Got my order incorrectly through the drive thru, worst customer service I've ever received. I ordered some burgers and I asked for cheeseburgers. They didn't give me cheese on my cheeseburgers. The cashier tried gaslighting me by telling us he had repeated the order when he had not. Before that, he got upset that we went back through drive thru to correct the order and he raised his voice. I was startled by the change of tone. He proceeded to show me the receipt he did not give us, and the receipt he did give us was a DoorDash receipt. After all of that, he made us pay for another 3 cheeseburgers. Never returning again. Absolutely worse customer service I've ever received.

They got our order wrong, and we came back through the drive through hoping to just get a replacement on the burgers, instead we had to pay for a new order and whoever was helping us through drive through was very rude about it as well, even while taking our order the first time around. He also gave us the wrong receipt on our bag.

This burger King is just simply another burger King. The food was good but the reason I am giving this a 2 star rating is 100% due to the service the front counter lady was absolutely terrible to deal with i asked for extra onion on my burger even paid extra for it.... wasn't on it then when I went back up to get the extra onion I paid for it seemed as though I had inconvenienced her for asking for my onions even somewhat argued with me about it until I brought the container where it legit said extra onions. I had just worked a 12 hour day and was hungry so I simply just wanted to eat something fast I wasn't expecting to have to deal with a attitude while doing it. Terrible experience

Kirsten The potential new manager of this location was very very awesome with my order and got me the best deal I could get when I tried to order a meal without a drink she looked up what would be cheaper doing a burger and fries separate or as a meal with no drink very kind very respectable And this wasn't her request for this review I decided to do this on my own
The food overall is okay but the sanitation is very bad at this place. The lady in the back packing all the orders had no hairnet or gloves, and was even the cashier for a little bit which meant she took dirty money filled with germs in the same hands she used to put fries and packing all the food. They need Better sanitation otherwise it’s good.

The staff here rocks and the crew tonight was amazing, needed a good laugh after a long day and the lady in drive thru got me with her mom joke. Manager was awesome and thank you I needed that laugh you all rock!!
