Stopped in for a Friday lunch. I was extremely satisfied with the steak salad. It was a great alternative to traditional bar food and the blue cheese was creamy and delicious! Staff was friendly and service was prompt. I would come back.

The Friday menu is confusing when it comes to ordering the amount of fish you want. Fish was great but size really varies. When bigger fish are cooked with smaller fish the quality of the cook isn’t good. The average size fish are perfect and the small fish are over cooked.

My experience there might’ve been a little bit jaded. I asked what the waitress would recommend and she said one of her favorites was the French dip which I tried. The meat was quite fantastic, but for some reason, the bun was heavily burnt and random areas like someone tried to toast or cook it quick.last time I was there I had a burger and the burger was dry. The service was OK but nothing to brag about. I’ve heard good things about the place so I’d like to give it another try.
After a two hour wait at the table for food and getting others orders the food actually was very good.Went to pay at bar they presented me a receipt and said someone paid for it. I waited several minutes for an answer as to what was going on. Finally decided well they said it been paid started to exit.Then get accused of running out on a $21.95 bill. Re entered to pay the $21.95 then have a bunch of drunk accusing me of running on a tab the presented as paid. So apparently someone was charged for my tab and I paid it as well. Absolute incompetence

The food is pretty good but the service is horrible! You can be sitting at the bar and the bartenders will walk past you at least 5 times before asking what you want. It also takes 10-15 minutes to get someone to come to your table to take your order.

Very good Friday fish lunch. EVERYTHING is really tasty! Walleye lunch fillet is perfect, and you gotta try the clam chowder! This is just a super place for fish (and I’ve no doubt that the rest of the menu items are as good!), and with a beer, it just doesn’t get much better!
