Place was a mess. Under staffed - possibly a bad day - one person running drive thru, another wondering about - kiosk blocked by a group doing who knows what - would have been forgiven and given a chance if at least one person acknowledged my existence. This did not happen. Went down the road to Scooters for the win!

Went inside and ordered my food on 12/20 order 3377. They forgot my 20 piece munchkin and my raspberry croissant. I paid cash and didn’t use rewards and they didn’t offer me a receipt so I got robbed.

No acknowledgment of us standing waiting to order. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to turn around and continue to ignore us. After finally getting our order rudely taken, the avocado toast I ordered was up in 30 seconds. It was avocado bread, not toasted and was awful. The coffee is average. Don’t waste your time going here unless you want to be treated like you don’t exist.

Typically I don’t complain especially seeing how often I stop in for coffee before work, today the person on drive through taking orders was rude, she got my drink wrong I asked her to swap it to what it needed to be no problem. But the sandwich I ordered as well was wrong and I’m not really happy

Our child care center came in today for a field trip and the staff was absolutely phenomenal! The store was clean and inviting and the staff were amazing. This is one of the best locations and we will definitely be coming back ! Manager Samantha Jeske was extremely accommodating and this by far exceeded our expectations !
