This has to be the worst Jimmy John’s location from Oshkosh to Green Bay. The owner and management need to do something because they definitely don’t meet the corporate standard for Jimmy John’s. I’ve never received a correct order when I’ve used this location and they definitely aren’t freaky fast. Every time I’ve ordered for deliver it takes well over an hour to receive my order. I’m actually surprised corporate allows them to continue under the Jimmy John’s franchise name.

Ordered two box lunches took forever to get then ended up being plain subs with the boy meat and cheese

My boyfriend and I order two drinks and we only got one, I was kinda upset but I wasn’t too worried. Next thing I know I see this gentleman pull back up and bring us another drink and even a size bigger. I know it seems so little, but that really made my week. It’s the little things. He didn’t even have too but he went out of his way.

I placed a delivery order today to be delivered at one of our schools. The address was vague and my directions (in hindsight sight) were terrible. Shout out to the driver Michelle!! She spent over 15 minutes trying to find the right entrance. She was persistent at calling me. And she was sooooo kind when we got in touch. I really appreciate the service she provided and I’m sure my kiddo’s teachers did too!!! Thank you Michelle! Will def be doing delivery option again, next time with better instructions ;;)

Jimmy John's is always a nice quick and easy shop for me to make. I stop semi regularly at this particular establishment. Drive thru isn't accommodating for large vehicles, I do not recommend anything larger than a pickup here.

This is the first review I've given on this location. They never get my order right. Something is always missing. Ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap, add cucumber and extra Caesar dressing. I got ONE cucumber on the whole wrap and NO dressing at all...guess I'm done with this place.
