This is the first review I've given on this location. They never get my order right. Something is always missing. Ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap, add cucumber and extra Caesar dressing. I got ONE cucumber on the whole wrap and NO dressing at all...guess I'm done with this place.

I ordered my sandwich at 730 pm. Watched the tracker online. Says out for delivery. Still waiting. Finally call at 810pm and I was informed that my sandwich was dropped off. I asked “did someone answer?” Was told “no, I left it on the porch, it’s what we typically do.” Your driver left my sandwich on a wet porch in the rain!! I have an account! My phone number is there! This is seriously messed up! Sandwich missing jimmy mustard and wasn’t cut in half.

Twice in the past month ordering from this location was awful . Received a BLT that had no bacon. Orders arrived with items missing. Store employees are rude. Forget letting the owner of this location know about poor service because they already know & don't care. I can spend my money elsewhere.

The last 3 times I've been to this location I did a mobile order and still waited over 25 mins to get my order either in the drive through with no other cars or in the lobby with maybe one other customer. Only to receive a messed up order 2 out of the three times. I just drive across town now to get JJ. It's faster.

The driver gave up trying to deliver my sandwich. He stated construction issues and stated I should order from a different Jimmy John next time. There is always construction and easy ways to detour from it. Also don't mention gas money prices if you pick to work as a delivery driver. That's your choice notmine. Now I'm stuck in class for 2 hours and starving. I have ordered here before and never had an issue. I'll order a different day and try again.

Sound place to get a consistent sub I’ve never really had any issues. The staff is generally friendly and the food usually seems pretty fresh. I stop there on a decently regular basis as it’s on the way to my shop definitely a solid place for a sub.
