I just had to share my recent experience at KFC! It's been about two years since my first visit, which I regretted deeply. I swore off the place because I found the food terrible! But yesterday, my brother and daughter were hungry, and KFC was the closest option. Reluctantly, I decided to give it another try — and I was blown away!
The food was delicious! The chicken was incredibly juicy, and I was genuinely surprised at how much I enjoyed it. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. Patricia, the general manager, was fantastic! She made sure to understand my order, even with my accent. I rarely encounter someone so patient and attentive, especially in a drive-through setting.
I’ve changed my mind about KFC. I highly recommend trying their new biscuit and comeback sauce — they are amazing! I may have found my new go-to place for fast food.

Sitting to wait for my order. Every table and chair was sticky from I presume, old grease. I doubt if chairs have been washed in months or more.

For the second time in a couple weeks I was told that the cash registers were down and I could not order both times it was about 8:30 or 8:39 so that it would take 10 or 15 minutes to start back up

Went to get chicken. Can you believe it did not have chicken? Only chicken strips? No chicken on the bone. They said they had an hour to close and they weren't cooking anymore. Unreal a chicken place and not having chicken. The strips are okay though. Not as good as on the bone. A little dryer than I would like. Usually KFC is my favorite place to go for chicken the original recipe I just hope next time they have chicken

A lady who called herself a manager. I was only in this place for a few minutes. I'm not sure if you probably was having A. It's a terrible day. First. You had the worst attitude and taking someone's order what's terrible now? She was typing on a laptop and not paying attention to the customer. I'm not good for business. To the kfc company perhaps more training on dealing with customers. Unprofessional.

It's was bad. The manger was not wearing gloves when gettin food ready. I made them redo my food and they said she was and I was watching the whole time. And she was on the phone. Bad busy. Will never go to that KFC in Menasha They need to do is close down. Or get ppl that know what they are doing. They are so rude in there. Can't believe ppl still go to that spot
