The GM Patricia has turned the KFC around so much. She’s an excellent wonderful women. We enjoy going to her store in Menasha. Please give it a try and you won’t be disappointed 😁

So I just went there they messed up on my order and gave me dark meat instead of light meat. I went back. I had already put my hand in my food to eat my biscuit and peeled off one of the tops to see that it was dark meat and the lady took my food back and put it back in where the other chicken was to serve to another customer. She did not apologize she gave me my box of food back completely open. Absolutely disgusting I would never eat here again.

We went through the drive through and ordered two meals.. this review is mainly focused on how I was treated when I called to inform them they gave me a product I did not order and didnt give me the item I did order. But let's start with the fact my soda is flat and all of our food was cold or barley warm especially the fries and mash potatoes were ice cold. I would have been fine with that except I called to let then know I didnt have my side of coslaw and the guy acusef me of lying saying he was the one who packed my food and knows for a fact it was in there. This location for KFC need to be closed down and completely re trained and cleaned. The lobby smells weird and there is literally only one young guy who is nice and professional everyone else is callous and needs to not work in anything with customers.

But yesterday, my brother and daughter were hungry, and KFC was the closest option. Reluctantly, I decided to give it another try — and I was blown away!
The food was delicious! The chicken was incredibly juicy, and I was genuinely surprised at how much I enjoyed it. On top of that, the customer service was exceptional. Patricia, the general manager, was fantastic! She made sure to understand my order, even with my accent. I rarely encounter someone so patient and attentive, especially in a drive-through setting.
I’ve changed my mind about KFC. I highly recommend trying their new biscuit and comeback sauce — they are amazing! I may have found my new go-to place for fast food.

Sitting to wait for my order. Every table and chair was sticky from I presume, old grease. I doubt if chairs have been washed in months or more.
