My husband and I stopped in tonight to grab dinner after an unexpected death in the family. The staff here was so wonderful when I asked about how long it would be as we needed to get to our family. When we went to pay they told us it was on the house and they would be praying for us. There still are good people out there. Thank you ❤️

Ordered our pizza and bread sticks online. 10 minutes later after the order was supposed to be ready, one worker told us our order will be ready in 2 minutes. second worker checked up on the order, and said he couldn't find our order. Unfortunately we will not be returning to the Menasha location. Next time we will just go to the other location instead.

Actually a 4+. First time visit. Exceptional lasagna! Best I've had in years. Definitely homemade quality - only better. People next to me said their pizza was delicious as well. Very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be going back soon to try other options. Hopefully their quality is consistently excellent.

It's really sad that my dining experience was ruined by one staff member being rude. Bringing food to my table and just dropping it, snatching menus without saying a word, made me feel totally unwelcome. Don't get me wrong, I will just be ordering to go from now on. The food is great, but I don't think I will ever dine in again. ? #BadService #RudeStaff #NeverAgain
