i ask for the pizza to be well done, i got a soggy undercooked mess. why cut it into squares? you get pieces with no topping and all crust and pieces with nothing to hold onto. its a giant soggy sloppy mess.

Luigi’s is the closest it gets to an authentic Italian meal locally! I had lasagna and it was amazing! Would recommend to anyone and everyone wanting to try out something new and authentic!

Terrible Service and unprofessional behaviour from owner/manager.
I have never in my life ever been treated like this in my life before at any restaurant, especially when i have know the brand and the original owners for 22 years plus.
The unprofessional service from managers and new owner. Was completely out of line and had no respect for the elderly let alone normal people like my family.
I booked a table in of the week and call 3 times to confirm that everything would be perfect for fathers day.
But to be disrespectful and extremely rude and the white new manger/owner almost hit me in the face for no reason.
I will never recommend this place to anyone and if anyone ask about this place I will tell to go somewhere else.
I hope this message will get other people to write about the terrible experiences that they have had at the restaurant.
I have no doubt that this place will close down very soon if they continue down thia road.
Food was excellent, same with service. We love it here.

My husband and I stopped in tonight to grab dinner after an unexpected death in the family. The staff here was so wonderful when I asked about how long it would be as we needed to get to our family. When we went to pay they told us it was on the house and they would be praying for us. There still are good people out there. Thank you ❤️

Ordered our pizza and bread sticks online. 10 minutes later after the order was supposed to be ready, one worker told us our order will be ready in 2 minutes. second worker checked up on the order, and said he couldn't find our order. Unfortunately we will not be returning to the Menasha location. Next time we will just go to the other location instead.
