The parking lot is awkward but otherwise this hometown bakery is absolutely remarkable all around. We love to bring friends and family there. It's always so welcoming and dazzling with all the selection.

Very friendly and usually not long waiting times

I have been a customer for over 40 years. We picked up 6 dozen buns for a party yesterday and they honestly are disappointing. They truly taste a day old, dry and brittle to the cut. What happened to your squishy buns? Just disappointed maybe next time they will be better.

The donuts are awesome. Hands down the best around.
Service, however, is disappointing every time. Maybe it's because I'm not a regular and don't chit chat with the counter ladies for 10 minutes, but every time I go there I feel ignored and overlooked. I'd say for every five times going there, three times out of those five I have to seek someone out to help me, even though I'm trying to make eye contact and be polite. It always makes for an awkward experience and I'm starting to get frustrated after this happening so many times. I typically only buy a few donuts, so it's not like I'm spending tons of money, but I do always hope for good service from small businesses, what with all the competition these days.
But every time I go to this location I'm disappointed with the service-- not saying they aren't friendly, they just have an uncanny way of overlooking customers when regulars are coming there or there's a conversation to be finished amongst themselves.

Ordered a cake from West for my daughters quinceanera, we ended up finding so much hair in her cake allot of it was thrown out, when I told Molly she simply said oh sorry

It’s been a while since I have been here and With the prices of everything now I was fully expecting to walk in and pay about $4 per donut. To my surprise, They were less than $2! And these are like premium donuts!

Manderfield’s bakery made the cake for my parents 70th anniversary yesterday and it was so beautiful, I cried when I saw it. It was not only moist and delicious, but they put a wedding photo of my parents on the cake. The attention to detail was superb, the price was right, and you can tell they care about quality. Thank you, Manderfield’s for helping make their day so memorable and special!
