“I'm so impressed with the McDonald's location at 212 Menasha, WI! The playplace is always a hit with my kids - it's clean, safe, and fun! But what really sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food is always hot and fresh, and orders are filled quickly and accurately. We've become regulars here and can't recommend it enough! Great job, McDonald's Menasha team!“

“Just came through the drive-through today, Saturday, June 15th @350pm. There is a girl name Anna, who happens to be the manager to this McDonald’s and I am not usually the one to leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful mind blowing excellent experience. There was no way in hell I could not leave a review. As I came through the drive-through, of course some of my family members wanted food to be freshly made so Anna asked me if I just wanted to make the entire order freshly made because I’m gonna have to wait anyways and then told her yeah why not. Because of the weight then added a discount to the entire order which significantly dropped it from 43 down to 26$. I absolutely was not expecting that that was not something that was required by her to do. Absolutely phenomenal service. And one hell of a great manager.“
