Three times I've visited here in the past few months. The first two times it was the quality and consistency of what I expect from McD's. However, yesterday, the food wasn't palatable.

I'm so impressed with the McDonald's location at 212 Menasha, WI! The playplace is always a hit with my kids - it's clean, safe, and fun! But what really sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food is always hot and fresh, and orders are filled quickly and accurately. We've become regulars here and can't recommend it enough! Great job, McDonald's Menasha team!

It’s pretty sad when you order your food and ask to have fries cooked to order. The manager Louis took the order and says ok then you get food taste fries and obviously your ask wasn’t followed what is this manager doing for customers? Sad sad place.
They have a bad attitude and said there is a sigh but I don’t see one about outside food and made my friends throw away there food that they paid for and now they have no food

The Laziness is out of control at this location. Absolutely no accountability! They can't get orders right. I have called and complained to multiple managers. Been promised mcdonalds Gift Certificates and nothing ever shows up in the mail!!! This time around I was expect3d to call other locations to get the assistance I need! These people are uneducated and useless! Telling a customer to call other locations to find a solution is NOT Customer Service! I will be speaking with City Council about the Negligence coming out of Menasha Mcdonalds.

This Location is Trash. I refuse to give them my business now.
I have had multiple issues with this location over the last year, the most prominent of which was an employee trying to pick a fight with me because another customer and myself, were annoyed that the employee walked past both of us several times without addressing either one of us and our orders were supposed to be ready.
The manager on site was of ZERO help.
And It resulted in contacting corporate, which apparently just contacts the area manager, well that's not use cus she's completely full of it.
She was SUPPOSED to send us vouchers to make up for the situation, and we NEVERA GOT ANY.
SO she either LIED to us, OR Just Couldn't remember to do her job.
Either way, it's applorable service. Just horrible.
They will never get my business again. It pisses me off just driving past it.
Nothing gives you the right to treat paying customers like that.
I really hope y'all get written up over this. Maybe you'll learn to respect your customers and do your jobs.
