First of all we ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget, and instead we got a 4 piece chicken nugget. When we went to report it one of the workers gave my friend a dirty look, and that same worker said to her co-workers “they ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget and they want a 6 piece.” I’m sorry but that is not what we said so don’t twist our words

12-8-25 8:30 p.m. Ordered online. Sat there and waited for our food. My chicken sandwich was cold. I ordered extra salt ON the fries, they threw salt packets in the bag. The fries were GROSS and old. Ordered the cosmic sprite , put the flavoring in , but couldn't be bothered to put the coloring in. Three employees standing there , looking like the most miserable bunch of human beings in the world. I will not be coming back to this sad excuse for a McDonald's.

I went to McDonald's drive thru in Menasha.. I asked if they still had icee's and he said they only had orange. I said okay. Got to the pick up window and he handed me an orange soda with ice. I said this isn't an icee. He said YES orange soda with ice. I laughed and said so u only have one flavor of soda with ice. He said only one with Icee. I laughed harder. I went inside and got the cola icee i needed All I can say is WOW. You can make this stuff up.

Ordered from the mobile app and went to go pick it up and they were claiming that it wasn't in their system so I had to show them the email I received about my orders and they did make my order but they still managed to get my order wrong. I've dealt with this two or three times now and every time this happens they get snotty with me and gave an attitude. Definitely Won't be Recommending/coming to the Menasha one no more..

When I got there I went on the kiosk and made my order then my younger brother went the bathroom than told me it was super dirty like paper on the floor and straw wrappers then after side eyes from all of the employees and 15-20 for a person to take my order then my 10 year old brother said can I get a water cup then she said we charge for those now and all I can think is water, money it used to be free and now it's 1.80$ like a soda is cheaper than on the way to my table I saw dirty tables a floor that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks than it takes another 10 minutes for our food and if I could give 0 stars I would if your hungry for MC Donalds just go the the MC Donalds in neenah.

This McDonald’s never fails to disappoint after breakfast. I get my morning coffee almost daily with accuracy and good attitudes from staff and overall good fast food service. But every time I decide to come down after work I’m either sitting at home with messed up orders or I’m at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no one willing to take my order yet take orders in the other lane. Maybe that’s just bad luck with however the sensors and cameras work. The food is always made inconsistent and poorly compared to all the other McDonald’s in the valley. Today I simply ordered a mc flurry and a mc chicken and I get told I have to wait for the ice cream machine to get fixed which is fine stuff happens, but 10 people behind me get served within 15 minutes of waiting and I see mcflurries getting handed out in my rear view mirror. Now I’m home and you guys couldn’t even bother to put lettuce on my sandwich. I try to be nice and reasonable, I worked at McDonald’s once too. But I can’t take it anymore with this location. I’m sorry to the young lady who had to deal with me upset and in an awful mood. But the managers you need to get your act together and work a good crew this is pathetic.

Three times I've visited here in the past few months. The first two times it was the quality and consistency of what I expect from McD's. However, yesterday, the food wasn't palatable.
