Last night we had just gotten out of the e.r with my son and I ordered food from here. I wasn't sure what time they closed.We arrived a little before 11 to pick up the food cause we had just left the E.R. Food was hot.The people were very friendly. I as a server would like to apologize to the staff for being so late ordering food. I am very sorry if I kept them there longer.. Thank you all very much ❤️❤️

The service is terrible. How is it possible that there are more than 8 employees and they look at you while you are waiting for them to take your order and ignore you just because they have those machines where you can order yourself?

What’s crazy if you order food and get it delivered and if anything is wrong with your food to where something is missing on the sandwich for example I ask for extra pickle but didn’t get any and the top of my bun was burnt then they said I have to talk to the delivery people like no that part isn’t their job you guys make the food not the person dropping it off like what if someone asked for no pickles because they were allergic and didn’t take them off would you still tell that person to call the driver I’m tell you guys what happen and all you could say is call the delivery people what happen to thank you for bring that to my attention I’ll have a talk with my crew

It’s really sad when you pick up a hamburger out of a box and the bun is so soaked you can’t even pick it up. This is the second time it’s happened where I’ve got a big Mac and I literally can’t get it out of the box cause it’s so soaked with your special sauce Isn’t there anybody looking at this hamburger before you actually give it to somebody or is it just thrown in the box don’t give a shit what it looks like

It took 30 minutes to get my food and they got it all wrong. Did not give me my 6 piece nuggets and made my cheeseburger wrong. This was food for my kids, so great job McDonald's, you ruined lunch.
