I love Scooters. Particularly the Menasha store on Appleton Rd. The crew is always nice and patient and laid back. I love the blended coffees and the variety of food is always fun. There's more and I downloaded the app which was NOT a waste of my space. LoveloveLOVE. My favorite blended coffee is the caramelicious but I like trying other flavors also. I also think it's awesome that you can walk up to order as well as drive thru.

I purchased a gift card from Scooters and received a $5 personal gift card so purchased the turtle iced coffee which was phenomenal! Anyway, I put the purchased gift card in my jacket pocket and went on to do some Christmas shopping. When I got home I went to get the gift card and it WAS NOT IN MY JACKET POCKET NOR IN MY CAR ETC. I called the location I shopped at and, no surprise, they did not have any Scooter gift card found or turned in. Bummer! I took a shot at going back to Scooters explaining myself and they voided the original purchase and I was able to buy another gift card for my Christmas gift. Well done! Great superb customer service and patience!

Only a drive through... But by far the best coffee.. Hands down way better than the other chain that has been around for ever. Way more flavor and it's not so hot that it's burnt... Always a treat to hit one of these up when in the area.

I’m more of a caribou type of gal, rather than scooters, ONLY because of the matcha quality between the two. I think it’s still a terrific place especially with the service, however the matcha taste is a little questionable. I’d suggest if they haven’t already, to store the matcha in an opaque container and away from the light otherwise the matcha starts to taste fishy due to improper storage. I went there yesterday, and was excited about the latte, however got a funny taste of seaweed rather than matcha:(.

Been coming here for a couple of months. It's usually a pretty good grab n coffee spot.
My only complaint is the burritos. They're hit or miss. When they're made well they're nice and stuffed...but then they look like this (see pictures). I'm paying almost $4-5 for a very small burrito; I would hope whoever is preparing it would take a little more time to make it look nice for that price.
