They definitely have some good coffee item on our menu, but they’re not always made consistently the same way. The atmosphere is quite relatable to a coffee shop not the quietest place in the world and the easiest to get things done when they’re busy but I like going there.

Ordered my usual, grande dirty chai with cold foam and brown sugar syrup. Came in a Tall cup, asked why it was in a Tall not grande. The worker, without a name tag insisted that all espresso's come in that cup. This has never been the case at any starbucks I have been to. It obviously taste like crap bc not enough chai.

Usually I don't have issues with this location, however when I went today I asked for my drink to be light on ice. The drink came over halfway full of ice and maybe four inches of my actual drink in the bottom. Did not get my moneys worth and next time I'll be ordering no ice.
This is the best Starbucks I have been to! The staff is ALWAYS so kind, welcoming and helpful. They have never, in my year of going, made my drink wrong. Their customer service is superior to any coffee shop I have been to!

Why charge .60 for caramel drizzle if you’re never going to actually put in the caramel? I order from this Starbucks at least 1x per week and for the last month I’ve asked for caramel drizzle in my drink and it’s never in the drink. Sounds like a small issue but if you’re going to charge for it then please put it in the drink. Thanks friends
