Very poor service for being the only customer having to be served. My food came out cold and the lady was on the phone the whole time. Very rude person for only having 1 customer
First off red flag, one person working. Second I placed a pickup order and had to wait 45 minutes while everyone inside was served first. Second time having to wait an extreme amount of time for a dang sandwhich. Hire better people.

2nd time going there, and they didn't have meatballs
I waited 45 minutes to be to have an order be ignored and not placed. After being greeted and told it would be awhile, respectfully I waited for another 20 minutes. When the car behind me pulled up, I pulled through the drive through to let them through. They greeted me once again and told me it would be a wait after they took that last guests order. When they helped the car before me I went up to the order screen again and I waited an extended amount of time after another phony greeting. I was treated with absolute disrespect and it was disgusting to be ignored for that long. Terrible service, and I waited 1 hour for absolutely nothing to become of it. I'm extremely disgusted by the amount of disrespect and lack of courtesy by your only member on duty last night. The employee should be terminated for not following basic courtesy and service of the community in an establishment such as food service. Helping serve your guests should be first and foremost priority.
Terrible, only one staff for drivethru dine in and online. 25 minutes to get sub. They staff member was decent but could tell the lack of another staff member was bringing her down some.

Food is always great, except the churros which taste like cold, stale cardboard.

Stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes while the only worker just took orders from drive thru. I get she was alone and that’s not her fault, but when no one else is in the dining room and I can’t even get served is ridiculous. I just turned and walked out. Didn’t have the time to wait.

It took 20 minutes for someone to help me. No one was even in the store ahead of me. By the time they helped, there were 4 ppl behind me. One worker told me someone would be right w me while she went to the back to me around w bread and didn't come back out for 30 minutes. This place wouldn't operate drive thru if they can't even take care of the store. The one worker seemed to be trying, but her focus was always on drive thru, no matter how long the store customers were waiting.

Poor service. Was informed after 10 minutes of arriving to pick up my online order that the store was not opening until 9:00. The app stated the store opened at 8:00, the door signs state they open at 8:00. After a look of confusion on my face the employee yelled that she has a 6 platter sandwich order and they have no bread. My order was then voided.
I stopped here on my lunch break since it was right across the street from my work. I went through the drive through, and the worker told me they would be with me in a minute. I waited for 15 minutes before they responded. When I gave the order they did not ask what kind of bread I wanted or if I wanted it toasted. When I got to the window it took another 10 minutes for someone to come to the window. I asked about the bread and having it toasted. I got Italian bread, which I was fine with, but when they toasted it they toasted the veggies with it. The whole sandwich was gross, and I already spent my entire 30 minute lunch break waiting in the drive thru. I will never be going here for lunch again.
