Terrible, only one staff for drivethru dine in and online. 25 minutes to get sub. They staff member was decent but could tell the lack of another staff member was bringing her down some.
subway needs to add a bit more meat on these subs.
Food is always great, except the churros which taste like cold, stale cardboard.
They did an amazing job, they went above and beyond and were so kind! Thank you to Kristi and the manager! (I am so sorry I didn't happen to catch your name) you've made my day!!

Stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes while the only worker just took orders from drive thru. I get she was alone and that’s not her fault, but when no one else is in the dining room and I can’t even get served is ridiculous. I just turned and walked out. Didn’t have the time to wait.

It took 20 minutes for someone to help me. No one was even in the store ahead of me. By the time they helped, there were 4 ppl behind me. One worker told me someone would be right w me while she went to the back to me around w bread and didn't come back out for 30 minutes. This place wouldn't operate drive thru if they can't even take care of the store. The one worker seemed to be trying, but her focus was always on drive thru, no matter how long the store customers were waiting.

Poor service. Was informed after 10 minutes of arriving to pick up my online order that the store was not opening until 9:00. The app stated the store opened at 8:00, the door signs state they open at 8:00. After a look of confusion on my face the employee yelled that she has a 6 platter sandwich order and they have no bread. My order was then voided.
I stopped here on my lunch break since it was right across the street from my work. I went through the drive through, and the worker told me they would be with me in a minute. I waited for 15 minutes before they responded. When I gave the order they did not ask what kind of bread I wanted or if I wanted it toasted. When I got to the window it took another 10 minutes for someone to come to the window. I asked about the bread and having it toasted. I got Italian bread, which I was fine with, but when they toasted it they toasted the veggies with it. The whole sandwich was gross, and I already spent my entire 30 minute lunch break waiting in the drive thru. I will never be going here for lunch again.

Would give zero if possible.
I used to consider this Subway store the best in the area, with its reliable quality and friendly service making it a top choice. However, recent changes have led to a noticeable decline. The firing of the long-time staff who had built strong relationships with customers and maintained high standards seems to be a key factor. Their departure left a void that the new team has struggled to fill.
Additionally, the new owners' lack of support for the employees has been evident. There’s been a clear drop in morale and motivation, which reflects poorly in both the service and the overall dining experience. Without proper guidance and resources, the new staff can't seem to replicate the previous excellence.
It’s disappointing to see such a decline from what was once a favorite spot. For this Subway location to regain its former reputation, it will need to address these issues, support its employees effectively, and perhaps even consider reinstating some of the experienced staff who made it great.

I’m really sick of ordering ahead if I have to wait 10-15 minutes past my pickup time. There was NOBODY but me in the building. When I walked in nobody said anything to me. They didn’t ask if I needed to order or if I was picking up. They started on my order 10 minutes after my time of Pickup!!!! Get your team together subway I don’t have the time to wait. You know. That’s the point of a pick up time. Also. Your employees weren’t on the line at all and were just doing god knows what in the back room while I just stood in the lobby alone. No clue if my food was even in progress or not

Unfriendly staff, was like we were putting her out by ordering! Couldn’t hear a frickin word she said! A smile would be nice! If you don’t like your job, QUIT!
If I could give a 0 I would. The last two times I’ve ordered using the app at this location, what’s happening seems like on purpose at this point.
I order my sub and remove the Tomato or no Onions depending on the sub that’s ordered. Doesn’t matter I guess, whoever is making the sub proceeds to OVER FILL the sub with onions or tomatoes… this time it’s onions.. just because the sub usually has it… if the customer orders it AND REMOVES THE ONIONS, do NOT add onions…. Or fill the entire sub with onions… Like the whole sub tastes like onions even after picking them off.
