After 65 years food is still great and nice service!! We miss our Tom’s in Green Bay, so we always try to make it to one of the Fox Valley locations! We were surprised that they didn’t have popcorn anymore but we enjoyed the waffle cone special!

I was just in today, Oct 23, 2024. The cheese curds were not good. They were over cooked and the curd inside was melted. The breading was hard and tasted almost burnt So sad to spend the money and not enjoy them.

I use my online account to complete my order of which it said I would be able to pick it up in 10 minutes. I pulled up to the store at exactly 10 minutes and got to the window 2 minutes later. Then after I was told to pull forward and Park and wait for another 2 minutes so that I can require catch up and a receipt that was readable. The disgruntled teen who brought out my food was frustrated apparently by something not sure if it was the fact that I wanted to receipt to prove that I ordered what I did or that he had to come all the way outside to get it to me which was their preference. I appreciate the aspect to fast food the service that those people provide but I still do expect customer service and appreciation that I'm patronizing their business. If that's not the case you need rather have me not come there I'd be happy to go to JD's or the service is Top Notch and the food is exceptional and I can easily justify the drive there. Who's ever in the kitchen is doing their job the food was delicious. Burgers were made exactly how we ordered them and I greatly appreciate that.

We came in to purchase a gift card...2 trainees had no clue how to handle that situation! MOD seemed real stressed & also had an issue with completing our simple request! Almost felt as though "was the gift card actually legit ?" Not real happy with the experience, but do understand the circumstances at hand!

Honestly there are better burgers out there. But the menu selection is huge and it's just a reliable sort of comfort food. Staff is always friendly and they have dog treats.

Ordered and extra dbl cheeseburger with my meal and never got it, Everytime I go to this location there's always something wrong with an order and you get the famous line of sorry we cannot refund you... But would you like to drive all the way back for it or pathetic coupon that's worth half the price! Pathetic honestly! Never going back to this location again!

This is the Second time employees forget to give me what I paid for. I arrived home ready to finally eat dinner to notice my food is not in the bag. I called and asked for a refund and was told either I get a coupon in the mail or drive all the back for my food. I Said I could stop by tomorrow which was denied. Then I said do I get my $ since I have to drive back or a kiddy cone or something to offset me spending more gas and more time for an error they made. All I got was a rude attitude and a fake apology. Here I try to not spend money on big corporate businesses and this happens. Thx toms!

I have loved Tom's since I was little. They have wonderful food and a friendly staff. I'd recommend their popcorn and ice cream if you're looking for a snack!
