Gross! They use all prepackaged garbage ingredients! They pour the unused portions of the day, right back in the bag at the end of the day...so nasty! And instead of wiping down the trays were spill lands...nope...goes right back in the container it came from...like dumping garbage into your container that you're using presently. Nobody wears gloves! The manager is an anxiety ridden space cadet! The interior resembles a basement and it's filthy. I worked there and I spent 2 hours just wiping down chairs and tables...which there are only 3 of! The window sills had dead bugs...no joke! Gross old, stuck food under tables, all over seats and the floor! I never saw anyone clean this area and believe me it's not because it's busy! We'd get 1 or 2 calls for lunch...not worth even being open! But you'd think someone would spend this time cleaning 🤔 the delivery driver has to use their own car and during wait times, did dishes...barely any and would help make the dough...that we already had 2 people on...not necessary! Then he'd go make himself a pizza!! Never saw him pay for any one of them and he did this every single time id see him. Then eat in front of you!! What a joke!! I had to pay for my pizza that i took home!! I'm surprised they're still open. The food is expensive and untasty to say the least! Too many other choices in town and in the general surrounding area!

Did not receive part of our order and was told would have to deal with door dash. Didn't even receive an apology or offer to send missing items. So, screwed out of food and money. Will not order from Toppers again!

service has gone downhill. they ignore instructions cut how ever they feel like. manager plays loud music so you cant really hear. save yourself any headache order somewhere else

Our family loves Toppers! They have great dairy-free options. Food at the Menasha location is always good. However, their hours are always changing and never posted online. They also do not update the main phone number so no one knows when they're open. If you're driving past the Menasha location, they may have a piece of paper with the hours for that day taped on the front door. Not helpful. Other than that, they're great!

I wanted to make a large order today. Website and google show they open at 10:30 just like every other store, but when I go to order online and over the phone, I am told they do not know why they are not answering the phone and can not accept orders. It is 45 min after they are suppose to be open. Dominos will get my business today.

I have NEVER been so angry at an establishment. I used their app and my card didn't go through but I got CHARGED 4 TIMES!!!! They put me on hold for an hour then hang up on me since my bank says it's on them!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!
