Very cute location with beautiful cakes, and a variety of other baked goods. The diverse flavors of macarons are delicious and super adorable. Donuts are light, sweet, and delicious. There is normally a line that goes out the door and I understand why. If there is no line, I recommend ordering as much as you can and enjoying it. Worth the stop and a wait in line.

Really good consistent pastries but lattes take forever. I waited a bit then asked about it and was told “it was somewhere on their list” waited 20 minutes before just giving up and leaving without it.

Booked a cake for my daughter's 18th birthday for the first time and the process was smooth. They were able to describe exactly what I wanted. I thought we were all set as we left our email such as, but then received an email 2 days before my daughter's birthday that they cancelled my order because I didn't pay the full invoice. First I didn't know I had to pay in full before picking up my cake as I've never had other bakeries I've dealt with do that (usually it's pay a deposit or in full when you pick up your cake). Second the baker I was interacting with never mentioned it. So I emailed back about it and never received a response back. Thank God I was able to get in last minute with a different bakery.

The Sunday Family meal is a Great Deal. Their ham always stays fresh, best potatoe salad and really good coleslaw. I love their rolls too, but learned on stopping by on a Saturday morning they don't just sell their rolls.

Walked in before closing time. Redish blondish hair girl was vacuuming. She rolled her eyes when we walked in, probably because she had to stop vacuuming to take our order. Then went behind the pastry counter and didn't say a word to me while I was looking. This was my first time here and LAST. I was excited to try this place based on some reels on Instagram that I saw. The person that represents your business is awful. The lack of customer service from her, the attitude problem she had. SHE is representing your business and is the forefront to customers coming in/checking out. This was my FIRST TIME HERE AND LAST time I ever come here.
Went here with a good friend. Prices are reasonable... really wanted a cinnamon roll but they were sold out so got the ham and cheese chutney croissant and it was so good! Chutney had just right amount of kick without being overpowering in flavor . My friend had the almond croissant and he said it was very good.

I'm really impressed with batter and Mac! I had been waiting for them to move to the falls and have been able to visit a couple of times since then. On my first visit I tried a ham and cheese croissant and cinnamon roll. They both were yummy and good portion sizes for what they were. I returned second time for a sushi making class after hours. It was amazing. I am looking forward with being able to come back for a cake decorating class, or whatever else looks interesting. I love that they support local businesses as well- I was able to try lumpias from their freezer which was nice. The space is also cute and they have Knick knacks around for people to browse and buy. Definitely visit and try a few things if you're in the area!

Absolutely LOVE everything about Batter & Mac! The atmosphere, the super friendly staff, shopping, delicious bakery treats/lattes and amazing class offerings make it one of our family’s favorite places! We’re also there every Sunday for the hot ham and rolls - usually staying to sit together and enjoy coffee/breakfast and a game of donut matching (or 3 or 4 games). So lucky to have them close by!
