Waited in drive through line, just to be skipped over twice in a row. Horrible service.

Please put this company out of business. Their service is awful. Because they don't know their menu, they make me feel like an idiot when I ask for something clearly on their menu, changed my order, got impatient with me, over charged me, and finally I just pay to get out of there. There's no number to call only a chat that doesn't work on their website. I should have walked away when I saw the other reviews on here but I won't make that mistake again. Never got my mozzarella sticks I paid for.

Great people and food

Walked in with four people in line. Drive through packed. Waited 15 minutes to place an order. Then waited 25 minutes for my order. Zero customer service offered from any employee. After three people got their order after me I went to the front counter and had to ask where my order was. After waiting 5 minutes more I was greeted with a “number 76” not even a sorry for the wait or thank you. Nothing just scream a number and throw the food. Disgusting act of customer service here, stay away.

My family and I stopped here for breakfast and we had a phenomenal experience. We were instantly welcomed by Devonte and he made us feel like we were stepping into his home. His interaction with my family and I was kind and genuine. This establishment is truly fortunate to have someone like Devonte working for them. Nowadays, it's rare to run across individuals who truly put a smile on their face, want to be present, and most importantly, help customers. Burger King, I am a huge advocate for deserving individuals and I truly believe Devonte would be a successful asset on your team serving as a leader in your organization. The food was good and quick, and the service at the front counter was relatively smooth , but the atmosphere was slightly off not sure why

I am working in the area and decided to try out Burger King in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. I ordered the fried pickle ranch whopper with a drink and small fries. First off, Burger King fries are slept on, in my opinion. The fries were the perfect combination of a crispy outside and a soft inside, giving me a great experience while eating them. Onto the whopper. It was great! The flame-broiled patty, with the crunchy fried pickles, was magnificent, and the ranch sauce complimented it well. The fried pickles whopper is a winner in my book.

Speaking of this location specifically, this is the cleanest, most organized “fast food” restaurant I have been to in quite some time. The front of the restaurant was spotless, as was the kitchen and men's bathroom. The employees were friendly, and I had a great all-around experience eating lunch here. I will be back.

Found mold on my breakfast sandwich this morning so disgusting just all around uncalled for what a shame smh

Order taker who looked to be the manager was rude. Ordered a whopper WITH cheese and there was no cheese. There was NO ONE in the drive thru or the store so how was this messed up?Then I see other reviews saying the same topping is left off. Are y'all stealing the cheese or what???Will not be back. Thought this side of town would be different but the workers are clearly from the north side so,it's expected...

TERRIBLE. i ordered and not only was i sitting there for 30 minutes waiting but i get my food and the burgers were hanging out of the wrappers, drinks only half full, and my burger was barely cooked.

Location says it's open until 10. App says open until 10. I ordered food at 9:07. Showed up 10 minutes later and was told they are closed and I have to go on the app for a refund. App tells me it's going to be 7 days for a refund. Highly disappointed. Fix your app or hold employees accountable for closing the store early!

Apparently to uneducated people, NO mayo means extra mayo to them. I know they do this on purpose to get back and if not, go back to elementary school and learn how to listen.

Ordered a whopper with cheese meal. Got home and opened my sandwich to see just the meat patty and onions.
