Burger King

This place has just been the most ridiculous to deal with.
Food order times take FOREVER. ONLINE orders you have to WAIT for, again, FOREVER. Plus!!! Coming in with a family combo order and all you hear is swearing and nagging from the cooks makes you want to NOT trust the food that is being made. It doesn't matter who's manager is in at what shift. Any time I've had the unfortunate idea to come and get something from here since it's near my work place, I just instantly am reminded why I didn't want to come back.
Please don't come here if you can. Unless you wanna hear groaning and complaining on the food you're paying for. Especially if you're trying to buy food for a few people.

ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and asked for hot off the broiler.
Received them thru the drive thru and both were not edible. The burgers were like hocky pucks and way overcooked and not hot off the broiler. Disappointing as Burger King has best tasting burgers compared to competition but only if the workers would take pride in their work and making the product you offer the way they are intended to be.

Exceptional employee.

Food is what it is, the service could certainly be a little quicker, very short-handed all of the time. Atmosphere is what you would expect.

I can’t tell if the staff is genuinely messing up on accident or if they’re doing it to be funny. The drive thru is so inconsistent and the amount of times they asked me to repeat my order (not complex by the way, one burger with no mayo add mustard, that’s it!) Multiple times they are just… not worth going to.

Store is full of comedians. Making me wait while taking others through the other lane. Making me repeat my order over and over. Elijah was the cashiers name. It’s happened a few times or I wouldn’t care. Kids will be kids but this is a regular thing.

Ordered with the app. They had issues with the computer. Zero communication while we stood there. My order was sent via the app, they kept serving the drive through so it seemed that register was working. Why not process those of us who are in the lobby with that register? It was two of us. My online order chit was hanging there the whole time. Over 15 minutes. Finally a guy asked me, then says I have to wait on fries. Triage much lately? Nope. Burger King, you’re no longer the King. $12 for a whopper meal when I can go to a great bar restaurant and get a $15 great burger and fries and not have horrible service.

Came to this location a few times and it was all bad.. food is sloppy mayonnaise everywhere, lettuce isn’t fresh it’s usually just wet and disgusting. Everytime I get asked to wait.. my sides fries, and jalapeño bits are always still cold. The workers on Tuesday do not care for there job. I do not recommend this Burger King go to Germantown!

Dirty and slow gehto trash

I ordered a chocolate shake it had foreign materials in the shake. I definitely don't recommend going to this location. I was deceived by the cleanliness of the outside of the building. I will be informing the health department about this situation.

Beware. I got fraudulent charges on my credit card moments after paying with my credit card. Cashier had my card for over a minute with the window closed

Bill and company are fantastic and Great At feeding the falls.

The Whopper I just ate at the Menomonee Falls, WI Burger King was probably the best I've ever had. Great friendly service, too. Nice job!!

I have been here twice and both times the staff was very kind and friendly, service was fast, and my order was correct. 🤗🫶🏽
