Staff need training on customer satisfaction. Customer service needs improvement at this location. There is no sense of urgency when placing an order.

A lot of the time there will be multiple staff members behind the counter socializing with their peers & none will acknowledge you which makes it difficult to place an order or receive timely service.

Good food and normally helpful friendly staff. It was really busy when we were there so that accounted for mishaps with food orders.

What happened to this place? It was great! In the last several months the constantly Cleaning up and putting away things an hour early. Consistently out of normal menu items.we use to enjoy coming here, now we pass often and are very hesitant when we do decide to go.

Cafe Zupas is honestly so good. The food’s always fresh and tastes amazing, their soups and sandwiches hit every time. The workers are super nice and fast too, and the place has a chill vibe that makes it nice to eat in. It’s clean, comfy, and just a solid spot overall. Definitely recommend it.

The food was plane and bad, any cold sandwich from a store would’ve been better, well I was inside there was plenty of flies all over the place some landing on the food, and you couldn’t sit down without a fly landing on your food😡

Second time I’ve submitted on on live order, was alerted to pick up and waited 30-45 minutes for my order, in which I left. If online orders are not manageable pls do not offer them.
