Chipotle Mexican Grill

Clean the dining room, the tables, floor and windows … they are always disgusting 🤮 stale chips.

By far one of my favorite chipotles I’ve been to in Wisconsin the workers and manager were all very friendly server took their time and didn’t rush through trying to skimp food like other locations food was good too would highly recommend if you are in the area .

Order was wrong

Guacamole was brown. Out of veggies. And messy.

You need to do something about filth.(windows- counters - floors- service area) take some pride in what you do. Understand that it's rocket science! Or Brain surgery! But take pride in your self & what you do,some day it might be rocket science! Or Brain surgery.

Really nice employees food was all fresh and every option was available. They were also nice when they helped me last minute prepare a large order! :)

This location has fallen short too many times unfortunately. The quality of food is poor. My order was missing the extra queso I paid for, my vinaigrette for my salad, and they gave a bag of chips that was a quarter filled. Very disappointing paying almost $40 for 2 burrito bowls AND giving a tip for an online order.. Do yourself a favor and go to the West Bend location for better quality control and service.

Chipotle is still one of, if not the best, value for quality in fast food/fast casual food out there. It has redefined the quality I expect from many restaurants, and often far outstrips both the quality and value I can get. Keep up the good work folks!

ASK FOR TAMMY!! A group of us came in on a Friday night to get food. We were already joking if we should go somewhere else instead, due to how poor the service has been for the last few weeks. Tammy (GM from West Bend) was working with her crew and were absolutely crushing it. The steak was by far the most delicious it’s been in the entire time I’ve gone to this location. Everything was being swapped out, food was fresh, dining area was spotless. Menomonee Falls location was saved!

2-25-24, 6:50 pm. My wife's and my usual veggie burritos were ruined by massive over-salting to the point neither of us could eat even half our meal. Our dinner was wrecked.

Ordered a Cheese quesadilla …. had no cheese. Someone laying down in the seating area (across 2 stools 🤷‍♀️).
Could have called to say something, but the last few times ordering online, things have been wrong or not fresh. It’s just not worth ordering from this location.

Dirty inside, I ordered chicken and pork burrito. The meat was cold and full of gristle like it was all the poor cuts of meat. The rice was overcooked. Just a terrible experience no chicken In the burrito whatsoever I said I

I ordered the seasonal steak in a bowl and man oh man, was that delicious! I forgot how much I like Chipotle, the food of fresh and the steak was really tasty!

usually get fresh meal. When I stopped in most recently, I found that many of the items appeared to be not fresh. This included the fajita vegetables and the beans.
