Staff was amazing and kept us entertained while we waited, and there were beautiful handmade Pretzels . He helped me find which drink I should try and he was super friendly.
I absolutely love Cinnabon! But this Cinnamon sucks. Quality of food is not up to Cinnabon standards at all. Seriously, actually put frosting on the bun according to Cinnabon expectations, not drizzle it! The service is so far below par. They just look at you confused when you try to ask a question or place your order. I get there is a language barrier, but I shouldn’t have to point to place an order and should be able to ask a question.
