The entire staff were unprofessional! Using vulgar language and ignored customers. I will never come again. I will tell everyone I know.

Every time I go here they mess up my sub. I ask for no tomatoes. My receipt says no tomatoes but I get home and there's tomatoes. Today I ordered 2 subs very simple no tomatoes on both and no lettuce on one. They were both wrong and mine had hardly any ham at all. For $10 a sub there should be meat and it should be correct. I don't understand why they can't make a simple sandwich.

Showed up at 8:57pm. Hours say they are open until 10pm. Workers inside ignored me at the door.

Service is usually pretty abysmal.
I don't think I've ever had my online order here on time.
If I'm paying $20+ for a cold sandwich it should at least be quick.
Better off going to Firehouse Subs, better value honestly

Slow and incompetent workers. Put in an online order for three subs and two sides and was still not done over 25 minutes past the pickup time. They also ran out of bread right after our order. We have never had a good experience from this location and will not be coming back. I would rather drive further to the Germantown location and would still get my food faster.

First time at Cousins Subs, and I must say, as someone from Oklahoma, I'm thoroughly impressed! The quality of the subs here is more than twice that of Subway. I tried the Wisconsin Cheese Steak, and it was absolutely perfect. The bread was fresh and perfectly toasted, the steak was tender and flavorful, and the cheese melted just right. The vegetables were crisp and added a great crunch to every bite. Overall, a fantastic experience that sets a new standard for sub sandwiches. Highly recommend!

I would give a half-star more if Google allowed it. The hot subs are great. Bread is good. Amongst the top sub shops.

5 people on duty and only 1 working. Ordered 2 clubs and a meatball sub and waited 20min with only 1 othe customer in the store. Noticed workers handling non food and food items with the same gloves on and to top it off, one young worker walked up front with raw bread dough in his hand laughing and giggling referring to it as a male member. Just disgusting....
