Cousins Subs

I stop here once a month to get lunch. Manager was awesome, greeted me as i walked in. He took my order and was very friendly. He interacted well with his employees i could see he is a good leader. He also interacted well with other customers. Good job sir i will definitely keep coming here 🙂 receipt says Komal P

This place is completely incompetent! For one thing I have heard how they treat employees and it is absolutely disgusting to me, the morning shift is a mess and the manager Jason seems to be just as incompetent as a 3-year-old. The evening shift I have had some good experience with younger staff and newly hired compared to the ones that have been with this particular cousins for a lot longer because I used to come here often until there was a Nicholas who was completely rude and also incompetent and there is a manager Jason who has the exact same incompetence! I would absolutely say drive a little further and find a better cousins! I feel so bad for the other employees that have to deal with the stuff that I have seen. Also the way they treated an autistic 16 year old employee was absolutely despicable! The whole crew should get fired!

This specific cousin subs is filled with incompetent and rude vulgar staff! The only people that I find to be good staff are the younger ones! stay away if you don't want unwashed hands touching your food and feel like ripping your hair out just listening and watching this crew! SMH

Good vegetable and Bologna sandwich.

Walked in and the floor was wet, the service wasn't great, and the cashier messed up our order and forgot our drink, although we paid for one

They weee handing money in the driveway then putting fries down with her hand no gloves. I never go back.

The vibes were good but the lady at the window coughed in her hands, didn’t wash her hands or change her gloves, and made my drink. The food was good and cooked to perfection.

Everything is always great on every trip to this place and Cousins in general. They should think about lowering some prices and maybe adding some other lower priced menu items. There is A LOT of competition in the sandwich game. I can't say anything bad about this location or Cousins in general. Good flavors, fair portions, clean dining areas.

The entire staff were unprofessional! Using vulgar language and ignored customers. I will never come again. I will tell everyone I know.

Every time I go here they mess up my sub. I ask for no tomatoes. My receipt says no tomatoes but I get home and there's tomatoes. Today I ordered 2 subs very simple no tomatoes on both and no lettuce on one. They were both wrong and mine had hardly any ham at all. For $10 a sub there should be meat and it should be correct. I don't understand why they can't make a simple sandwich.

Showed up at 8:57pm. Hours say they are open until 10pm. Workers inside ignored me at the door.

Service is usually pretty abysmal.
I don't think I've ever had my online order here on time.
If I'm paying $20+ for a cold sandwich it should at least be quick.
Better off going to Firehouse Subs, better value honestly

Slow and incompetent workers. Put in an online order for three subs and two sides and was still not done over 25 minutes past the pickup time. They also ran out of bread right after our order. We have never had a good experience from this location and will not be coming back. I would rather drive further to the Germantown location and would still get my food faster.
