Cousins Subs

I ordered a steak sandwich and it was so salty it wasn’t even edible. I call to make a complaint and was told we aren’t accepting call in’s right now and I said well I’m calling to make a complaint was at first told we cannot do anything right now and then after I said so we just aren’t going to do anything he then said okay I can get someone for you and the manager instead of talking to me just relayed the message back to him that they will note it!? I could literally hear the whole conversation between them and got the impression that I was inconveniencing them and or annoying them because I just paid for a sub that wasn’t even edible and had the audacity to make a complaint and expect a replacement and or refund.

Very very very slow service plenty of space for parking.

I called because my order was incorrect. The manager would not come to the phone. I insisted to talk to the manager, she finally came to the phone, talking very rude and hung up on me. Absolutely terrible person and place. The staff has changed. The previous staff was more friendly and professional.

Last 2 times I have been there horrible service. 1st time I gave my order twice,got to window they wanted it a 3d time. 2d time no tater tots. What the hell is their problem.

We often go to various stores (usually with coupons) for quick meals.

I went to this location because Park Place location closed (which was the location I went to on a regular basis for lunch). The double steak cheese steak that I ordered was the worst I ever had. The meat was extremely dry and overcooked and there were big chunks of grissle in it (picture attached)! I was disgusted. It made me lose my appetite. I threw half of it away. The Park place location would chop up the meat too. This place serves it in whole slices. My search continues for a new cousin's location. I won't be back here.

I stop here once a month to get lunch. Manager was awesome, greeted me as i walked in. He took my order and was very friendly. He interacted well with his employees i could see he is a good leader. He also interacted well with other customers. Good job sir i will definitely keep coming here 🙂 receipt says Komal P

This place is completely incompetent! For one thing I have heard how they treat employees and it is absolutely disgusting to me, the morning shift is a mess and the manager Jason seems to be just as incompetent as a 3-year-old. The evening shift I have had some good experience with younger staff and newly hired compared to the ones that have been with this particular cousins for a lot longer because I used to come here often until there was a Nicholas who was completely rude and also incompetent and there is a manager Jason who has the exact same incompetence! I would absolutely say drive a little further and find a better cousins! I feel so bad for the other employees that have to deal with the stuff that I have seen. Also the way they treated an autistic 16 year old employee was absolutely despicable! The whole crew should get fired!

This specific cousin subs is filled with incompetent and rude vulgar staff! The only people that I find to be good staff are the younger ones! stay away if you don't want unwashed hands touching your food and feel like ripping your hair out just listening and watching this crew! SMH

Good vegetable and Bologna sandwich.

Walked in and the floor was wet, the service wasn't great, and the cashier messed up our order and forgot our drink, although we paid for one

They weee handing money in the driveway then putting fries down with her hand no gloves. I never go back.

The vibes were good but the lady at the window coughed in her hands, didn’t wash her hands or change her gloves, and made my drink. The food was good and cooked to perfection.
