This is the second time in two weeks that I have placed an online order and the inside was closed and it took over 20 minutes to get my food. Meatball in particular appears to be lacking in meatballs and food like previously and prices have gone up. First things first they need to get some employees here to have much better service.

Very slow take out, ordered @5:30 to be ready at 6. Waited till an additional 45 minutes in the restaurant until 6:45 for our order to be ready. Staff was friendly and apologetic.

I'm going back as Faras when they opened in the 70s. That's when they had a full size sandwich. In the last few years , the bread is about the size of a deli hot dog bun.

I ordered my sub through the drive-thru. Ordered extra, extra lettuce. Sandwich when handed to me seemed rather small in diameter. I parked my car, unwrapped the sandwich and there was very little lettuce. I went into the store and asked if I could have additional lettuce for my sub... told them I ordered extra lettuce it was on my receipt, but when built it was disregarded. I never raised my voice, said please a few times... just asking for what I ordered. The staff (in plain view) began rolling their eyes and hesitantly put some lettuce in a small to go container. One staff was very courteous and seemed to be explaining to others... he just wanted more lettuce. There was even some slight banter on the make line. I could see one of their team shake his head from side to side, suggesting how dare I ask for my order to be corrected. At that point I asked the manager for a refund. He wanted to know what my problem was... they gave me more lettuce. Simply get my order correct, and if I express a concern politely correct it... I don't need to see or feel the drama... I'm the guest, needed to be treated like one.

All the ingredients were fresh, exactly as I ordered, and delicious. I also had cheese curds which were freshly made. So very delighted by the service at the Menomonee Falls Appleton Ave location, 5 Star Service!

Cam R (badge says "manager") lied and stands at the register doing nothing. It was not a busy time and conveniently said they changed policy about giving mayo cups when they don't. I was there the day before and received it. If you don’t want do it just say that but don’t lie to my face. He is a completely rude and offensive individual. This isn’t my first bad interaction with him.In addition, they messed up my order. When I called back about messing my order, the same individual answered and seemed like I was a hassle for calling. On top of that had a side conversation about me while on the phone that was probably intentional so I can hear the impolite tone between the 2 of them while I am waiting for a response on my messed up order. They all look like a bunch of high school kids who don't know how to properly run a store nor provide decent customer service.

I’m convinced all the 5 star reviews on here are fake. The last 4 times I’ve been to this location, every single time there’s an issue, it takes 35 minutes minimum to get one sandwich, my order is wrong or they completely forget about you and what you ordered after you have paid. Today I pulled in and was the only car in the drive thru, gave my order, paid and was given a receipt. I sat at the window for 20 min with no one handing me my food and then cars started to pull in and line up at the drive thru behind me. Then the guy came to the window and started trying to give me the people who ordered behind me orders! I told him it wasn’t my order, he shuts the window, comes back with a second persons order that wasn’t mine and tries to give it me. Finally I gave him my receipt and said here is what i ordered, he took the receipt and came back and said “oh they are still working on it” …. They obviously forgot about me and hadn’t even started making the order. 30 min in for 2 sandwiches and I still had no food. He asked me to pull up to a spot and they would bring my food out. Waited 10 minutes and no one came outside so I went inside and asked to speak to the manager. The “manager” was the same guy I had been dealing with the entire time who took my order, money, gave me a receipt, forgot about me and what I ordered and then tried to give me other peoples orders. When I went inside they had no idea what was going on and whose order was whose. My order still wasn’t ready and even though I gave them a receipt with what I ordered they still had no idea what I ordered. I asked for a refund and his response was “well this sandwich feels like it might be yours” …. No. Give me my money back. He didn’t know how to process a refund! As a manager! Eventually with several people they figured it out and I got a refund but after 45 min and no food… I will never go back to this location. I know everyone is short staffed but make sure your people know what they are doing at least! Don’t just hire people to have bodies in a store and they don’t even know how to make a sandwich. The people inside the store went outside and put cones in their drive thru so other people couldn’t come and order when I was leaving. They were that overwhelmed by 4 or 5 cars and had no idea what order went to what car. So obviously the answer is to close down. I’m confused and in awe of the incompetence.

There cheese curds are awesome! They are a slow probably because they are short staffed. I didn’t appreciate that the 6 cars behind me were served before me….The guy was nice when he finally got to me.
