Cousins Subs

My boyfriend and I dined at Cousins Subs on 2/28/25, and we had a great experience! The customer service was excellent—everyone was pleasant, kind, and attentive. Our meal was made exactly as ordered, despite several special requests. Huge thanks to Tati, Ontaria, and Leasha for their outstanding service! Store #1160.

It's pretty cool that Google is so nice to delete your negative reviews. The way I see it, I got screwed out of two free subs. The app is a scam. Double points on Thursdays. I fell for this garbage. The more you buy, the more you get screwed. I have been a loyal customer since 1982. That ended because of the app scam. Feel free to have Google delete this review too. I'll repost again and again.

This was awesome,nice cashier, Loretta, and a real good job by the cute young grill cook, we both ordered the chipotle cheese steak and they were really good!! The only change I would make is a little bit less a bit too much but now I know, be careful how you are with jalapeno peppers, these were medium heat I believe and she didn't skimp, a very hearty Sandy, real nice job grill queen, you did real proper, will be back, thanks to a nice group of employees that day, 9/7/24! Now this is a REAL Cousins (only missing a drive thru) Staff is awesome the food is always perfect. Great experience every time I come here.

I work nearby, quick food and very yummy yummy food yum awesome, I often get cheese curds or a 7in sub. Workers are very nice and quick!

Employees don’t listen I specifically said I want in my sandwich Cut in half and it wasn’t done and it was clearly on a ticket and still wasn’t done. Employees walking around hair nappy not combing uniforms dirty lack of professionalism. Employees on cells phones with gloves on . Sandwich was good but service was terrible

Listened to them about there messed up orders and they proceeded to give me the wrong order.. if you want the wrong food. Come here.
