Food was awful. Onion rings soggy, tenders not fresh. Soda even blah. Concrete was ok I guess. Bathroom was nasty.

Going to my local dairy queen, I wasnt expecting much but oh my! I was shocked! The lady who took my order was the sweetest as can be. She made sure my order was correct with my 3 little ones and talked to them like human beings. We ordered a few blizzards. Pretty good in my opinion, my kids had ice cream all over their face. Which was adorable. Anyways, good location, will come again.

Did the drive through, ordered a 6 pc sauced and tossed basket and got a 4 pc w/ ranch. Out of toast. Ordered a second chicken strip basket with extra gravy and didn’t get any. This is the second time this has happened specifically with the sauced and tossed basket.

I picked up an ice cream cake here. They are available in several sizes and prices. I was very happy with the selection of designs and colors of the cakes. There are plenty of choices for kids and adults.

The customer service is still unpredictable. I have been getting the senior discount for a long time. Today they said they can't give it to me on the very same items I have ordered many times before and received a discount (2 for $5 deal). The staff didn't answer when this changed. When asked to give us a discount on the other items that are full price they said "we can only do it this one time" at which point I asked for the manager's number, but was told I can't have it and would have to stop by and see her tomorrow. The policies I have heard from staff lack consistency and changes from day to day. The one positive is they use to consistently overcharge on my orders but this has improved.

we've been coming to dairy Queen for years, today I ordered a peanut butter blizzard. This is the same treat that I've had a hundred times before. Tonight it was vanilla, so I went back in. I was told that because I tasted it, I would have to pay extra for any changes. Come on, if I hadn't tasted it, how would I know?! Dairy Queen in Menomonie Falls, where you can get poor service, and get charged extra for it!!

Dead/alive fruit flies everywhere. Especially in the bathroom and window by the front door. Workers never came to clean the dining area.
