Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order while the 16 year olds working had no organization and served drive thru, walk up, and other mobile orders ahead of mine even after addressing with the staff that I had an order from 15+ minutes after anticipated completion time. No apologies our acknowledgement once completing my order either. Will not be returning to this location which is local to my home.

Ordered chicken tender basket. Tenders were NOT fat & juicy (as I've gotten from other DQ locations) and the fries were cold (NOT fresh!). VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! 🤮

Entire staff including managers are rude . Been to this location countless times., thinking it would get better but service has been the same . You walk in , unless you talk workers just look at you and say noting . No one is polite , and all you always hear is associates laughing and talking loudly with one another . Been to other locations and this is the only one makes me not want to spend my money here

Good blizzard, barely any toppings. Probably 9 toppings in total in the blizzard.

I understand businesses need to make a profit but, at this pace people are really getting tired of being taken for granted...

Not just here... It's all restaurants...
If you want to keep us as customers the price has to come down or the size of serving need to get REAL

Food was awful. Onion rings soggy, tenders not fresh. Soda even blah. Concrete was ok I guess. Bathroom was nasty.

Going to my local dairy queen, I wasnt expecting much but oh my! I was shocked! The lady who took my order was the sweetest as can be. She made sure my order was correct with my 3 little ones and talked to them like human beings. We ordered a few blizzards. Pretty good in my opinion, my kids had ice cream all over their face. Which was adorable. Anyways, good location, will come again.

Did the drive through, ordered a 6 pc sauced and tossed basket and got a 4 pc w/ ranch. Out of toast. Ordered a second chicken strip basket with extra gravy and didn’t get any. This is the second time this has happened specifically with the sauced and tossed basket.
