The one and only thing I look forward when going to Dairy Queen is the Oreo hot coco blizzard, when I first got it it practically looked exactly like the advertisement, but today, and many times before, I've gotten the worst excuse for an Oreo hot coco blizzard, today it was practically vanilla ice cream with 0% chocolate, no special lid, and no whipped cream, the lid and cream I can look past, but this is NOT what I ordered, and the lady working drive thru straight up lied to my face and said it had the Oreo fudge in it, it clearly does not. Seriously, mess up everything else, but stop messing up my blizzard, it's literally the one thing Dairy Queen is known for, do better.P.s. a chocolate Oreo blizzard does NOT taste the same as an Oreo hot coco blizzard, I've had workers try to pull that one too.

Very nice DQ with friendly staff. Bathroom was clean and neat (weird to note but i use that as a metric for how the rest of the place is maintained). Great selection of ready to go ice cream cakes. I believe there is a 2 day advance notice for customized cakes, but with the selection of on the shelf cakes I found a perfect one. Service took a hot minute but I was also there during afternoon rush. And what business isn't understaffed these days.Parking: Parking is a snap. Easy in/out and plenty of spaces.
This place needs to get itself together. I can never order two blizzards without them getting one wrong. And the blizzards they do get right, I swear they don’t make them correctly. You guys it’s a BLIZZARD, the hallmark of Dairy Queen! How are staff members not trained how to properly make a blizzard or ensure you are making the blizzard that was ordered?? EVERY table was dirty.. I asked the girl several times to clean a table or two..she then did it and immediately after ..handled our food bare hands..We waited 45 minutes for our burgers. The toppings AND sides were wrong... Asked for money back.

I haven’t been to DQ in years but I’m so happy to admit they didn’t disappoint when it came to the food and milk shake. I ordered fries and a strawberry shake. The fries were the freshest fries I’ve gotten in a long time and it was greatly appreciated.The service was mediocre. When I pulled up to the drive through I waited for device and literally no one is line. After the first minute or so I assumed they were closed. When I got to the window I could hear the service staff in the inside mocking and making jokes about the customer behind me.
