Was surprised to find them open & not busy on Christmas Day. Staff asked to make sure they had gotten the order right....which originally had asked for a hot pumpkin spiced chai, but was given a signature pumpkin latte Loved it! Haven't had one in so long that the flavor was amazing. It was warm in the car so I didn't need the hot chai, so I iced worked well.

Come for coffee often enough. Location in Menomonee Falls has struggles with understanding staff through the drive through speaker to a point that orders need verified (sometimes multiple times) to make sure it there isn't miscommunication. Always get the same thing and last time coffee tasted so burnt I poured it out when I got home but this isn't a typical experience.
Edit- keep giving them chances and every time have a problem.

Everytime we come here and try to give them some credit, something else happens. Can barely understand them and them understand us. Always messes up the order, I'm guessing because translation just didn't get through. Then they become very rude when we tell them that is not what we ordered. Done giving them chances.

Went through the drive thru and had a very hard time getting order across to the lady in the store , seemed like order was lost in translation. When we got to window to pay and she went to hand us our drink we told her we ordered a cookie butter cloud late (the drink she had did not come close to what we had ordered) the lady began to argue with us saying she asked us twice what we wanted. I was completely shocked at her behavior she was actually expecting us to just take the drink she thought we ordered and she was scolding us. At this point I was livid and asked her if I was the customer or NOT! This lady in the afternoon is so beyond rude! The early morning girls are amazing. This lady seems to be part of the family that owns this one and possibly the one on pilgrim as I believe she has been rude there as well. So ridiculous.

Usually I come here in the morning and it's great. Today I came for lunch and it was not. I ordered the $6 meal deal and an order of bagel minis. They forgot the hash browns and my bagel minis were cold. I also asked for salt and pepper packets which were not in the bag. Guess I'll stick to breakfast times only.
