This location is a gem. I always go here after my shift at 3am. I love that they’re open 24 hours. The staffs are always nice even at that time, they deliver 100 percent customer service. The meals are great too. The iced chai tea latte is the best!!!! Keep up the good work and God bless the workers that work at that time of the day/night

Dunkin has been having a serious problem with their mobile ap. This caused us to have to wait in the drive thru while the person in front of us tried to figure it out. It then took them 15 minutes to prepare our drinks. They also had to go back and get our pup cups. Rough day- but not all this locations fault. Do better Dunkin.

They literally lie on their signs outside on the menu and posted on front. I asked for the $7 cappuccino blast and he tried to overcharge me. I told him their signs say $7. Still he won't fix the price on the cashier screen. Horrible false advertising and customer service!

Charged twice for an online order, store manager was rude and blamed the double charge on my bank. Even a store employee said she "is horrible".
DO NOT VISIT! Terrible Dunkin' don't recommend. This establishment is completely terrible, the owner lives out-of-state and the entire place is ran by clueless foreigners who come into the country to setup a business (since it's easier for foreigners) and then have no regard for their customers.Today we were SCAMMED at this Dunkin' location. I ordered a scoop of ice cream and once we paid they told us that there was none left... They DENIED us a refund or even a refund!!! They offered us another flavor and we gave in, they told us to go to the second window and we sat for 20 minutes while 5+ cars drove off! DO NOT waste your time here, go drive to the next closest Dunkin because this restaurant is a circus ran by foreigners who hate their customers and only want money by SCAMMING customers.This is fraud, and this transaction will be disputed by our bank and counted as fraud. If the dispute fails this Dunkin' location will be given a lawsuit for business fraud as they robbed our money.

I went here twice a few years back and the donuts were so hard and stale! The service was horrible as well! I was pregnant the second time and went right before work and I was extremely upset the donuts were still hard and stale. It was months in between each visit and the poor experience was still the same! I do NOT recommend this place and nor will I ever come back! Cooking at home and brewing coffee has given me so much joy. It’s easy to make an egg white, cheese and sausage croissant breakfast sandwich at home, donuts too and at least you know what’s going in and on your food!

I placed order online spent $15 when I pick up my order & leave I look in the box none of the donuts I ordered are in the box they were out of all the donuts I selected accept 1 & chose for me when I called to find out what can be done I spoke w/a woman who says yes we were out of the donuts you wanted & I asked why accept my order she stated they substituted & I told her w/donuts I do not eat then the phone disconnects I called back at least 10x before they answered again than another woman answers & apologized & says I can come back & pick from what they have left in the store by this time I am home & not going back! Do not waste your time they take your money & do what they want!
