I went here twice a few years back and the donuts were so hard and stale! The service was horrible as well! I was pregnant the second time and went right before work and I was extremely upset the donuts were still hard and stale. It was months in between each visit and the poor experience was still the same! I do NOT recommend this place and nor will I ever come back! Cooking at home and brewing coffee has given me so much joy. It’s easy to make an egg white, cheese and sausage croissant breakfast sandwich at home, donuts too and at least you know what’s going in and on your food!

Multiple times I ordered donuts and they don't give you what you ordered. They don't try to make it correct when you let them know.

I placed order online spent $15 when I pick up my order & leave I look in the box none of the donuts I ordered are in the box they were out of all the donuts I selected accept 1 & chose for me when I called to find out what can be done I spoke w/a woman who says yes we were out of the donuts you wanted & I asked why accept my order she stated they substituted & I told her w/donuts I do not eat then the phone disconnects I called back at least 10x before they answered again than another woman answers & apologized & says I can come back & pick from what they have left in the store by this time I am home & not going back! Do not waste your time they take your money & do what they want!

Made my ice cream cake wrong and refused to give me a refund. Ordered a cake for 12-16 people and they gave me a cake that contained maybe a cup of ice cream and it looked nothing like what I ordered. Customer service is unresponsive and will not work with you.

What a joke! This "locally" owned Dunkin' is run by the same guy who runs the other one in the Falls as well. Try calling the "business" phone number. I tried to cancel an order and the "local" owner of the Falls have a non working cell phone # that doesn't have the VM set up yet!?! Excuse me? I had to drive 30 mins to get my refund of 2 dozen donuts because the "local" owners don't have a real business line!!! There was 1 man in the entire store, he told me in broken English he has only worked there 2 days, that he knows nothing about this store! What?!? He threw my order refund money at me and I left. Corporate is aware of these "local" business owners and are in an investigation. Don't waste your money here!!

When we walked it there was music blaring. We order ice cream and the ice cream was warm. There was one tub of chocolate ice cream that was melted in the freezer.

When we showed up with our order confirmation number and at the time we were told our order would be ready the two staff members said they had no knowledge of our order. I asked them both what their store address was to make sure I had come to the right address and neither of them knew and had to look it up on their phones. So we were left selecting from what was left. Will look elsewhere next time we want to order donuts for our daughter’s birthday party.

I ordered ahead here and when I arrived 5 minutes later they were swamped with customers and hadn’t started my order yet. After several more minutes and a few more customers, one of them looked at my order, told me they were out of hash browns and offered to give me a dollar back. I asked if I could have stuffed bagel minis instead, and they had my order done within a minute. I’m overall impressed with the customer service—everyone gets busy sometimes but they were clearly working hard and wanted satisfied customers.

Terrible! Can't understand what they are saying. The Dunkin doesn't have a lasting supply, therefore; they run out of donuts at 10:00am. Ordered a half-dozen strawberry donuts, and they had none left... couldn't understand what they were saying so they gave us 15 munchkins... which isn't a deal instead a fucking RIPOFF! Their rewards program, isn't much benefit besides spending $25 before earning a free donut.The inside is of hostile and uncomfortable feeling.
