Second time I came here. Black iced coffee each time.

My stomach was in pain both times I drank the iced coffee. They likely do not clean their ice machine and it has bacteria in it.

They would not pass health inspection.

Edited after 5 years.

Place has greatly improved, and the staff is very friendly.

The worst location to ever exist. There is no professionalism, I used to work there and was fired without even stating what the real problem was. The employees are great but the manager's and the owner have absolutely no professionalism at all. I would honestly give this a 0 star.

every day I get the same drink from them.. almost every time they screw it up by putting too.much syrup in the drink.. it's called a refresher because it's supposed to be refreshing.. not give me a stomach ache in the AM.. I'm not impressed as iv tried a million times to tell them to get.it right. sad.. this is America...

This is by far the worst location around this area. They are always out of their donuts. If you go, don’t order through the app because they’ll still accept the order even if they don’t have the right donuts, and will swap them out without even talking to you. Getting it refunded through corporate is a nightmare.

Terrible location. Attempted ordering bagels and due to the language barrier of the person taking my order, they proceeded to mention I wanted donuts and rang up donuts multiple times. Once I cleared that up and got bagels, I requested 2 cream cheeses. They then proceeded to ring up 24 cream cheeses for over $32. Then after politely paying to not hold up the line, customer service said "I see no issues with this order". Wow, so helpful, all because your employee cannot take orders properly. Won't be back.

Prices are not what they used to be. Inflation is part of the problem, I'm sure. That said, you can always get a good Donut and Coffee here.

The worst Dunkin I have visited in a long time. They messed up simple orders of grill cheese and hot chocolate.

Was out of the promotional drink option. Had ordered a chocolate long John and received a pastry that felt two days stale. Tried to give DD another chance and was let down. Would rather take my business to the McDonald’s across the street or the Kwik Trip down the road.

Had a gift card and decided to stop here because it’s near my house. They had a menu that says $1 classic donuts. Very small donut selection to be a donut shop (had about 3 or 4 types). I ordered 4 classic donuts and was charged $6.67. That math don’t add so I asked how much is a donut. Was told $1.67. Okay, I don’t have time to argue over 2 dollars but update the menu please. Also, my pet peeve is when workers don’t say thank you. Just toss you your food and turn away. Rude attitude! My daughters also visited here and said they were rude.

This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given it MANY chances because I live close by. The guys that work here are always extremely rude. I ordered a Carmel latte and French vanilla was shown on the screen. Got to the window and asked if it was Carmel, the guy said nothing and walked away with my drink. Came back with it a minute later and shut the window without saying anything (which is common). He added Carmel to the on top of the French vanilla.This is one of the MANY examples I have for the poor service and communication at this location. 100% will not be going there anymore.

Last week window order worker dumped 2 exlarge hot coffee's into my car and my lap.I have not been able to get any satisfaction.
