Every time I order a blended drink they tell me the machine is down today when I asked them when it's going to be fixed they told me it takes a while

I went thru the drive thru ordered a dozen donut variety. Got to work and they are all old and stale. $15 for stale DRY donuts . Very disappointed. My coworkers deserved better

The women working around 3pm today was really rude I placed an order through the app came in and they didn’t have what I ordered and she gave me burnt old nasty hash browns and hid them under a napkin how unprofessional and disgusting I’ll never be back to this location and she should be fired.

After purchasing donuts in-store, I was informed that they were being microwaved and would be out shortly. When I asked why, the employee stated it was because they were stale. Naturally, I expressed concern and asked further questions. At that point, another employee became hostile and demanded that I leave the store.

To be clear, my demeanor remained calm and professional throughout the exchange. The employee’s reaction was completely unprovoked and appeared to be an attempt to deflect from what I believe are unacceptable practices within this location.

When I requested donuts that had not been microwaved, I was given ones that were rock hard. After asking for a refund, my request was initially denied. When I asked for the manager’s name and the employees’ names, I was refused this information and ultimately issued a cash refund instead of a refund to my original payment method. I was also told never to return.

This entire experience was offensive and unprofessional. After later reviewing customer ratings for this location, I was shocked to see that my experience aligns with many others who have reported similar mistreatment. It’s troubling that a location with such a reputation continues to operate in this manner.

My family and I have been loyal Dunkin’ customers for years, but this incident was so negative that I genuinely question whether we can continue to support the brand. I hope this message is taken seriously—not only for my sake but for the integrity of the Dunkin’ brand as a whole.

Please investigate this matter and take appropriate corrective action. I’m sharing this feedback in good faith to help improve your customer experience and uphold the standards that Dunkin’ has long represented.

I bout a coffee roll and it was spelled old brought it back ask for my money no refund I will never buy nothing out of this place and the staff where disrespectfull

horrible customer service walk in with my daughter no hello just eyes of a tired worker who has 7 orders up and the door is open and people waiting in drive thru. tried to order donuts and she said she didn't have any and they were clearly in the window case. reminds you it is no and can't get fed. thought the change was from the last guest to pay it forward and she yelled at us saying to give her money back cuz those were her tips. not worth $ .63 or even a raise. I was confused and was forced out the store with my child after being told to wait 3 times and not get any dunkin today. that store needs to be ran by a better employee if it only had one in the building. would not give manager name to speak with at a later date to resolve these issues that I have had with her. been here before few months ago due to a stolen identity issue and wouldn't even give a corporate number. wanted to give Menomonee Falls a chance.l since my child wanted donuts today and we we in the area. she's said we are vets of going to the gas station. she's only 9 years old.( felt like I was in the inner city. not clean not safe not friendly

Look at your receipts at Dunkin Donuts!! They charge you if you ask for less ice!! That's crazy, they're ripping people off. Especially the one in Menomonee Falls
