Look at your receipts at Dunkin Donuts!! They charge you if you ask for less ice!! That's crazy, they're ripping people off. Especially the one in Menomonee Falls

I ordered an ice coffee, and the worker misunderstood me and tried to give me two hot coffees, then when I told him I said Iced coffee , he gave me a nasty attitude instead of correcting the problem. No professionalism whatsoever. Happened Tuesday, January 21st, 2025 at 1:50pm. In case management wants to have a word with him. 👍

Second time I came here. Black iced coffee each time.
My stomach was in pain both times I drank the iced coffee. They likely do not clean their ice machine and it has bacteria in it.
They would not pass health inspection.

Place has greatly improved, and the staff is very friendly.
