This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given it MANY chances because I live close by. The guys that work here are always extremely rude. I ordered a Carmel latte and French vanilla was shown on the screen. Got to the window and asked if it was Carmel, the guy said nothing and walked away with my drink. Came back with it a minute later and shut the window without saying anything (which is common). He added Carmel to the on top of the French vanilla.This is one of the MANY examples I have for the poor service and communication at this location. 100% will not be going there anymore.

Danielle is by far the most inconsiderate General Manager’s I’ve ever encountered. Her demeanor and choice of words were very discriminatory.I sincerely hope this reaches the corporate’s attention because her dismissive actions are extremely disheartening after you spend your money to be treated this way is disappointing. Not to mention, I didn’t get an order I payed for.

I would give 0 stars. I ordered through the mobile app and my order did not transmit to the store. However, my card was charged 2 hours before arriving but I placed it the day before. The employee was clueless of my order and claimed I ordered at the wrong location. The mobile app transaction history shows otherwise. She called the general manager Daniella on the phone. Danielle was extremely rude as if I demanding free donuts for all. I spent my money and did my due diligence to place a large order in advance for the store and my own convenience. I understand technology can be faulty but some empathy and help would have been the least she could do. Because she is the general manager, I don’t believe my issue will be resolved but I will that ensure everyone I come across will know her name and actions. Do better!

I come here often since it’s near by and I don’t think I have been there once and they have gotten my order correct always missing something or switching something, before I leave I must always check what they gave me before leaving because it is always wrong in some way or the other.

Can't follow drink recipes. Please retrain your staff. If I can get the same drink from Cudahy and Menomonee falls and other dunkins without having to memorize and relay that a large mocha cold brew gets 4 shots of mocha syrup why are you not training your staff the same as all the others unless you're trying to cut costs my messing up drinks on purpose.

The DD truck pulls up in middle of parking lot and blocked people in for over 1/2 hour. Not the way to deliver products. Need a different area to park.
