Very cute inside with table seating. Booster seat available for my 2yo. Hubs, kiddo and I shared a large pho and grilled skewers. Staff brought extra bowls and plates. Good size servings and amazing flavor. Staff knowledgeable about gluten although menu didn't indicate. I am excited to try different dishes next time we come although the pho was delicious with a heaping portion of noddles & meat and not greasy which makes me want to order that again & again!

i ordered a bowl of Pho add in one slow cook beef rib, pho was great.

I was so hoping to like this place more but after waiting nearly an hour from the time I placed my order to the time I finally called asking if it was done I was already on the fence. Their reasoning was someone forgot to mark it complete, I let it go grabbed my food and went on my way. The fried appetizer I got as one could imagine were cold and not the greatest. I got two orders of pho one of which was mainly grisly hard fat and not sliced beef. To top it off about half way through the food I found SEVERAL pieces of short thick black hair stuck to a piece of fat… I have long brown hair so I know it did not come from my head super disappointed and not worth the $85 I spent..

The pho, broth had so much flavor.
The pork chops was a bit pricey but was very tender and very well marinated.

Their main dishes are still good, but the pho is inconsistent. Bun Bo hue has been good still though. Broth for pho is sometimes not hot enough, which doesn’t fully cook the rare meat when served.

I had a most delicious lunch at Evie‘s Vietnamese restaurant today. I ordered the sweet-and-sour chicken and it came out hot and fresh. The chicken was extremely tender, and the vegetables were tender and slightly crispy. Absolutely perfect! The sauce was sweet and tangy as described on the menu. Overall, I would give this restaurant a five star rating.
