Fiddleheads Coffee Menomonee Falls

Ordered two vanilla lattes and they informed me it would be about 5-10 minutes since they were finishing fixing their machine… I sat there for 20 minutes before they came and told me they didn’t know when it would be fixed… where did you get the 5-10 minutes when you took my order?!? Terrible customer service they lied to me about timing and then wasted more of my time before telling me they couldn’t make my coffee. If you don’t know when the machine will be fixed say that don’t tell me 5-10 minutes make just to make me wait 20 minutes and tell me you can’t make my order!!!

Cute coffee shop, I was super excited for their strawberry matcha. Unfortunately their matcha latte barely had any matcha it only tasted like milk and strawberry syrup.

$20 for two latte to go was a bit outrageous. Huge line with no flow control so the door was open blowing crazy wind at everyone. One single toilet bathroom near the front, but in an awkward spot and no real way to tell if it was occupied. Inside the bathroom was a huge window facing where people come in and a flimsy see through shade offering little privacy when in the bathroom.

I have no idea how the food or coffee is. I want there to have coffee, but it was so busy. There was no place to sit.

Drinks are okay, not the best. Very crowded space with rude people. Workers aren’t friendly and surprisingly it was super loud place for a cafe. Not a good place for those who want to study.

Parking: Parking was fine, once my Google maps took me there. I took a few wrong turns, based on confusing directions...

One of my all-time favorite coffee shops! The staff is incredible and the quality of the food and drinks is amazing :) Highly recommend!

The cappuccino was sub par at best and when I ordered 12 ounce cup, Half of the cup was ONLY foam. I did like the aesthetics of the cafe but I would rather go to a crappy looking cafe n get a better service.

This is a very cute place with decent coffee. We don't come here often because we don't live here. We normally just get there coffee but this time we tried their lunch food and were severely disappointed. It was basic and way overpriced. Even if it was half the price it wouldn't make up for it.

Fiddleheads is great, as always. The only thing that stopped me from rating 5 stars is that the upcharge for the gluten free bun is ridiculously high. Love that they have the option, but it's a bit pricey at $2.95 (as of August 2024).
