Firehouse Subs Menomonee Falls Station

Stopped in here for a snack for my father who is ill; he hadn't eaten all day and wanted just a little something before dinner (we were on our way home from the hospital). We bought the smallest sub possible and split it. The woman who was waiting on us took such good care of this tiny order! She split the sub into 2" sections, putting each half into its own basket, gave us each pickles, and jalapenos on the side. Our total was $7 but we were treated like big spenders. We were really grateful for her kindness and patience, and for our delicious little sub! It was just what dad needed! We will be back.

This is the third time not getting the food i wanted. How is a philly loaded with mayo even close to a roast beef with no onions or tomato's

Ordered online to be ready in 30min. When I came in waited another 15min for my food. I was then late for work. When I got to work both subs were made so incorrect that idk how they even came up with it. We didn't end up finishing either sub due to bad flavor and not being what i ordered. So just a waste of $20.

Wrong items delivered order the hook and ladder got chicken with Jalepeno as my 80 year old mom is screaming her mouth is burning. Told to contact Uber Eats their response just as awful! They are sorry it can’t be refunded. Wat heck!? Since when is it ok for businesses to steal money for products they don’t provide! This place is our go to for tasty, convenient, local delivery and supporting our community businesses, but they are failing us now. Time to go back to basics of cooking at home since the reasons these places have been thriving is no longer there. No more efficiency, tasty food at a good price or even basic decency and honesty in business. You can’t even reach them! Just money wasted and apparently lost. If it weren’t for the disability we’d take it back up there unfortunately we are just stuck!

I had to come back and edit my review, though I ordered through a third party whose service was horrible when I called the restaurant they apologized and righted the wrong. And for that I’m changing the review to a 4. For anyone who has been new and just starting a job mistakes come with that territory but eventually that initial pressure of learning creates diamonds.

I don't know why they stopped having the sauce bar, but am thankful it's back. It's what makes their subs better than the rest. The folks working there are welcoming and friendly unlike some other businesses around here.

Hit or miss sometimes great but more often then not not good, upset stomach, something not quiet right.

Came out from AZ to visit a friend, got lunch here. Taylor was AMAZING so sweet and helpful in helping me decide which sandwich to get. This girl needs a raise! Atmosphere was great as well super clean and nice

Messee up both subs, remade them and they were still wrong. How do you mess up an order not once but TWICE??? And on top of that took over 20min to make them and there was no here before us or after.

You would easily get 5 stars, if it weren't for the fact that 3 medium sub combos and 3 brownies just cost me $75... idk in what world you can charge $20 for a sub sandwich. Fantastic food, but this'll be my last time I think. Prices are 0/10 very sad at being price gouged this hard by a place I enjoy.
