Absolute WORST place to order online from!! I ordered my sub at 1:05 pm it said my sub would be ready by 1:25pm and I didn't get it until 1:45 pm! To make things worse there are 3 employees literally standing around doing nothing and only 2 making the subs! This is the second time this has happened and it will now be the last, I love the subs here but I will not be returning due to the horrible service!

Great customer service very welcoming staff and very clean i would recommend this place.
When we got our food, the macaroni and cheese was missing
When we asked for it they acted like we were bothering them. We ate the rest of our meals and still didn't have it.
Good food, terrible service, will not go back to this location.

This was our first time here. My husband bought both of us one sub, which we couldn't finish in one sitting. They were very good, fresh, and had a good portion of food on the bun. I would recommend trying their subs and he said the staff was very nice. Was well worth the price.
I loved how all of the employees were so patient , caring, and very welcoming! This is my first time trying Firehouse Sub, and it won't be my last:)!
