The staff here is SO KIND. very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for multiple guests by carrying entrees to tables. Definitely will be back just for that reason. It feels few and far between to find kind servers these days.

After ordering through the Firehouse Subs app that's where the easy or good experience ended. Upon arriving at the store there were 10 other people waiting for orders. We got ours 30 minutes after it supposed to ready. More people showed up and the line of people got deeper waiting for take out orders. The problem is they only had 2 employees working. Don't order gluten-free here. While there was a separate board for the preparation, the employee didn't change gloves and cross contaminated the food. On top of that the sandwich toppings were switched on the regular and gluten-free order. There will not be a repeat visit. Management needs to make better staffing choices and retrain on food handling.

Absolute WORST place to order online from!! I ordered my sub at 1:05 pm it said my sub would be ready by 1:25pm and I didn't get it until 1:45 pm! To make things worse there are 3 employees literally standing around doing nothing and only 2 making the subs! This is the second time this has happened and it will now be the last, I love the subs here but I will not be returning due to the horrible service!
