We stopped at this firehouse on our way to an event. I have a gluten sensitivity and I appreciate the care they took to avoid contamination as much as possible, and the lady who took our order did specify the only garauntee of gf was a glove change which is good enough for my personal sensitivity level. My sub was phenomenal and I did not get sick! We will visit here again. Also enjoyed looking at the patches and the recognition they give firefighters!

The Engineer is fire-house! Love the food. Reminds me of Steak Escape at the mall about 20 years ago. Good times. Good times. Not sure what it is but, the dinning area is mid. Too bright or something. It’s clean though.

The chicken meatball sub was good but hard to eat, and they forgot the topping ( seasoned bread crumbs )Maybe they could cut the meatballs in half. I was there about 4 pm, and there was no place you could sit without the sun beating down on you. Same issue every times I go there. Maybe some sun shades would.

Every time I go to Firehouse Subs in Menomonee Falls, it's always a pleasure. Everyone is always nice and courteous. This night was no exception. Mike, the manager, helped me with my app in order to use my birthday rewards. I also commend on how the whole time he and the other staff, Kayla and Ellen, would address me by name. That to me, is great customer service.
Went here last night (11/4) got a sub with a gluten free bun(I have a allergy to wheat), salad and a sub for my boyfriend..I got really sick from the sub here to come to find out they used the wrong bread!! I didn't know because I thought they knew the difference between regular bread and gluten free bread..I know there's cross contamination but really you don't know the difference between the two?! I'm hoping management sees this
