Went there for the jimmy johns sandwhich got a bread sandwhich no fillings. corporate says it’s independently owned . Just stay away save your money. 20 bucks for a drink and a sub I want something other then bread sandwhich.

This is a second time IN A ROW, I ordered for pick up to come home and see there is no meat or cheese on my sub! How do you forget the meat???

Ordered 1 sub through the app, the italian night club with peppers. Bag felt really light and when I opened up the sub at home there were only vegetables on it and no meat. How does that even happen??? That was the second time we received no meat on a sub from this location. Will not be returning.

The employees are very kind and attentive. I arrived earlier than my order was ready and planned to wait. When I got there an employee came up and asked my name and they got right to work on my order. Excelled customer service, always satisfied with this location.

My car broke down, I came in for a soda and to use the restroom. All staff was empathetic without needing to be and even gave me a free soda due to the situation. Truly kind employees. ❤️

Good customer service only complaint tge place could be cleaner

I was disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I recently bought five sandwiches from this location to take to the beach with my family. Unfortunately, one of the sandwiches had almost no filling—just a little turkey and no other ingredients. It was clearly made by mistake, and one of us ended up without a proper lunch. I returned to the store that evening to explain the situation, but instead of offering a refund or replacement, the manager only gave me a few ingredients. That response felt careless and disappointing, especially since I paid full price for the sandwich. Mistakes happen, but I expected better service and accountability from the staff.

Bacon is always chewy and disgusting. Asked for them to toast it, said they can’t do it and toasted the whole sub. Now the bread is soggy and the bacon is still chewy. Would not recommend eating here.

Asked for no onions and they put Jalapeños on a italain sub instead. Could not eat it will not be returning!!! If you can't even make a simple sandwich maybe you shouldn't have a sandwich shop.

Very disappointed for the price of the roast beef sandwich you would think there would be more than 2 thin slices of meat

I thought I'd try the new Chick Bacon Ranch toasted sub... Ewww. it's was horrible. They use the chicken out of the can, how the tuna comes... uuggh. I had to throw it out. Next time I'm sticking to what I know and ordering from Chocolate Factory...

Three subs were ordered. They were so much smaller than prior subs. The length and width of bread was maybe 2/3 the amount previous subs. Big disappointment, Hope it was a fluke.

Fantastic subs. IMO jj beats every other sub place on taste and quality.
