Asked for no onions and they put Jalapeños on a italain sub instead. Could not eat it will not be returning!!! If you can't even make a simple sandwich maybe you shouldn't have a sandwich shop.

I thought I'd try the new Chick Bacon Ranch toasted sub... Ewww. it's was horrible. They use the chicken out of the can, how the tuna comes... uuggh. I had to throw it out. Next time I'm sticking to what I know and ordering from Chocolate Factory...

Three subs were ordered. They were so much smaller than prior subs. The length and width of bread was maybe 2/3 the amount previous subs. Big disappointment, Hope it was a fluke.

Food was prepared well however one of the employees was very loud and was speaking over the cashier. Because of this our orders were incorrect.

I ordered lil John 6 asking no mayo due to allergy and no cucumbers but everything else should have been added. My husband came home with my sub with was regular size not little and NO avacado spread!!! That’s the best part of the sub. My husband also said an employee walked right in front of him very rude like. I make my sub selection very clear and this isn’t the first time my order has gotten messed up. Your employees do not read what is requested and do not double check to make sure the orders are correct. I will never order from you again. You are pathetic!!

Wonderful Experience! I ordered online 60 subs for a party to be ready for pickup Sat AM at 10:15 AM. I did receive a confirmation email that they had received my order.I did call to check on the order the next day and was told yes, they had my order and it would be ready on Saturday for pickup.The entire order was ready to go when we arrived and each sub was clearly labeled. I was highly satisfied with the professionalism of this establishment and will definitely use them again.

Dietary restrictions: We did have guests who had gluten issues and we were able to order Jimmy John's bread free options to satisfy their needs.

I've never had an issue with this location. Always fast, orders are always correct, friendly service and have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions (calling me to let me know where my order was dropped off, calling me to ensure I made a correct order when I ordered 25 pickles, only, for a catering event). They are wonderful!

It's normally 5 stars for me, but the other night I stopped in and got 1 star service, so rating 3 star. I stopped in with no one at store. Two employees, ordered food, waited 10 mins and I noticed the lady didn't start making my subs. The guy at counter just sat there, and then I asked for a refund.

Stopped in to grab a turkey sandwich to go. Got all the was home to find it was a sandwich with ham, beef and mustard!!! Didn’t have the time to head back there for the correct one! Wasn’t happy!!

Did pickup so can't speak to atmosphere. Got a jalapeño ranch chicken wrap which was great. It was ready when I got there and they brought it to my car.
