I frequent this location often, as it's close to my work and convenient for my lunch break, and every time the food and service are quality. The staff are super friendly and quick and have great chemistry amongst each other. The food is always super fresh and consistently restocked, and the music they play in the background is nice too, cool little blend of classic rock and alternative. If you're looking for a quick meal in the Menomonee Falls area, I'd definitely recommend this location. 5 stars.

I ordered the new Cajun spicy wraps two one with cheese, one without cheese the one without cheese that person is allergic soon he makes the order I checked my bag I don’t know which one has cheese and one without the cheese so he reopens one of the wraps not really thoroughly checking to see if it was cheese on there just for me to make it back home and I give my daughter her food she eats before me not knowing because the worker put the note on the food stating that there was no cheese but cheese was indeed on the wrap. Please do better

They always ask if I can pay in cash?? If you can't afford the fees, Mr owner, don't be in business. Everything about this location is poor, everyone seems to hate working here, most times someone is actively yelling?? The food quality is fine but I dislike going here because the staff seems upset when I do. Cousins is across the street.

I have eaten a lot of JJ. Usually the 8, extra Dijon. I saw the wraps and went for the Chicken Caesar Wrap. It was the best wrap I have ever had! Hands down! The two guys working the entire place were exceptional! Thank you! I will return for more! Best JJ crew in SE Wisconsin!Parking: It is a busy parking lot. Plenty of spots, just not many in front of Jimmy John's.

There is no option for 0 stars. Placed an online order and waited 15 minutes to go pick it up. Arrived and person at counter said they were working on order...waited another 20 minutes (8 other walk in customers got their food in the mean time)....after finally getting food asked for the "manager " who wouldn't tell me his name...also asked for ownership name and he wouldn't provide that either..Go elsewhere

We love the sandwiches and now especially the un- wiches. Instead of bread wrapped in lettuce. They are healthy and delicious. Put together great. Staff friendly everytime! My husband is putting our order in for dinner. Had them for lunch the last couple days.

My husband went to pick up and apparently there was only one worker who was slamming stuff around and being very unprofessional in front of customers due to the fact he was the only employee working. He got home 40 minutes later and gave me the worst Unwich I have ever had. The outside lettuce was brown and soggy, it was not wrapped well and I threw half of it out. We will never order from this location again.

I've never had bad service when I've went here. While the employees, and who I assume is the manager based on demeanor and look, are a little bit brusquer than employees at other Jimmy John's locations, they've never once screwed up my order or been rude to me. I usually order ahead of time to make sure I'm not waiting in line or messing with delivery, and I normally give at least a 5 minute window between ordering and arriving, and I've never once had to wait for my order to be ready. It's always waiting on the shelf when I arrive, and I love that it's simply a great grab-and-go option after ordering on the app. The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5-star rating is because of the recent quality of the meat I received with my sandwich. I've included pictures with this review, and you can see that it is slightly off-colored, especially the ham. It didn't taste bad, nor did it smell, but it still made me pause before digging in.

My favorite Jimmy Johns location! From the moment I walked in I experienced great customer service! I ordered a number 9 and 12. The guy making my sandwiches made them so fast my head went spinning! Not to mention they were soooo delicious and fresh. From the guy cutting up the meat, to the guy making my sandwiches and to the lady ringing me up at the cash register..y’all made my day great! I will be driving to this location all the way from West Allis that’s how great everything was!
