McDonald's atmospheres nice but last time I went there they didn't do my wife's chicken sandwich right

Every single time we come our order takes forever today we have been waiting for 20 minutes so far. We have tried the mobile app and doing our drive-through pick up or curbside pick up. We have even tried going into the counter to pick up our order no matter what we do it takes forever. And as a result about half the time the fries are cold and the chicken nuggets are hard. I will say that they’re very consistent in how long it always takes.

We pulled up to the mcds and the doors were locked and then drive thru was not being opperated. Me and my friend are very. disappointed with lack of service that was provided to us tonight. We just wanted mc chickens and to have a great time BUT you failed and couldnt let us munch.

Went to the secondary drive through line, and got skipped by 3 people in the primary line. Saw the sign to pull up to the 1st window if you're hearing impaired, etc. to place an order, so I rolled up to place my order since I was having trouble hearing anyone asking to take my order. Was told sorry for not being noticed, but they can't take orders at the window. Went to the other McDonald's across town and didn't have any problems there, guess I'll just go to that one in the future since they actually have good service.

One of the worst experiences I can remember. Wasn't expecting quality food, but also wasn't expecting to wait 25 minutes in a drive-thru spot. Also not expecting the attitude we got from the staff. But happy to spread the news that that particular location sucked!

Absolutely worst location ever. The staff is rude and not well trained. First time I went through I thought maybe it was a bad day. This is the 4th time and I question myself why I chose THIS location. Bad staff 100%
asked for 2 sausage burritos, they were glued to the paper asked specifically for mild sauce received HOT
beginning to wonder if anyone is able to tell the difference between mild and hot

Every time we have come here the service is terrible. Employees stand around not helping us or even acknowledging that we are there. There has been no one in drive thru or in the store and we still wait 15+ minutes for food we ordered ahead. It’s absolutely ridiculous and we will travel farther to a different McDonald’s just so we don’t have to use this one, absolutely unprofessional and horrible we can’t even get basic service.

I've stopped three times now and have to say this McD's has given me good food each time. I came inside once and noticed groups of people eating together, which is a sign of a well run, clean facility. The only slight issue I would have is that the drive thru has taken Way Too Long Each Time. Twice there was nobody in front of me and once I used the app to order 10min before I got there. It didn't seem to matter what time it was, the drive thru was exceptional slow. If the drive thru speed picks up or I eat inside, I will change my stars, depending how it goes.
