Worst one around. Orders are consistently wrong, they charge you for items not available through the drive thru and you don’t find out till you’re home, because why would they tell you and not charge you 😒 go ANYWHERE else, I promise it will be better.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Highly disappointed by the customer service and the employees do not pay attention to what I order. I ordered an order and right away they lost my order on their machine, the business was not packed and they lost my order, the manger suggested I made the mistake by asking me did I even place an order I had proof from my card that I used that I did indeed buy a order, when I order the items I decided to not get a receipt because I was the only next person in the drive through line, High disappointed and I still left with the wrong order. I will NOT be spending my money there anymore !

The young man working dt on 5/6,5/7 amazing employee did a great job food was fresh service was fast, and the employee was very personable polite and courteous! Next time I am in town this will definitely be my go to restaurant! Thank you for bringing a part of home to me on my trip, not many have this good of service at 5 am!

This location sucks. I went through the drive thru and ordered a 6 piece nugget just to get all the way home and find out they gave me just a box of tartar sauce. This was my lunch so I went back and showed them, I got no apology, all they did was laugh and start showing everyone.

Raw but quick service! Both (two) times I’ve been to this location the burgers have been raw. (Not even a restaurant rare) Went back one time bc they’re raw and the one they re made me was also raw. The manager was super nice tho same with the staff! I am left contemplating how many people have eaten raw burgers without noticing.
I have an allergy to onion and this is the second time that I have been to this location to get a burger with no onion on it and I’ve got onion on it. This time I went in to the manager and she would not honor my refund or remake because I didn’t have the food the day I came in, well the order was messed up the day prior and I couldn’t come back in, then when I called the store the day that it happened, nobody could answer. The manager just had an attitude with me and yelled at me. She was the GM. Name started with a K. I’ll be filling a health report.

I’m always glad when Colleen is working because she’s friendly and gets things right. Great customer service from her. The second window where they hand me my food needs a little work. My last couple orders contained something that was wrong or had something missing.
