We got some breakfast sandwiches, which were everything they expect them to be. They were hot and good and some iced coffees which were also amazing. But I love about getting an iced coffee at McDonald’s. Is that it taste just as good as a latte or maybe even better than many other places because they actually still taste like coffee They’re just really great for two or three bucks. We sat at a hightop table inside and it was very clean and nice. There was a lot of other people there hanging out and drinking coffee and eating boxes of cookies I thought was funny. The service I put four stars because the lady at the countermaybe she couldn’t smile, but it would be nice to have a friendly face at the counter. She looked quite annoyed the entire time, but other than that everything was great and came out quickly and was good.

Terrible customer service, self service soda machine drinks are always warm, and seems like it’s 20 workers in the back but only 4 people actually working. Once you point out dissatisfaction and where they are lacking in service you receive attitude from crew members to mangers. HORRIBLE McDonalds, choose any other McDonalds besides this one!

0 stars if I could. Give wrong size of drinks. No straws won't answer phone then when do hang up so they dont have to deal with the issue. Atrocious.

Don't waste your money. Food was old and cold. Tasted like it was sitting on the hot plate for quite a while. Tried calling to talk to someone about the quality of the food, phone rang for over a half hour and nobody answered.

I went to this location about 3:20pm. The food i received was not up to par. I ordered 2 snack wrap meals. The fries were both old and the snack wrap chicken was not fresh and lettuce was brown in color. Not edible.
Worst one around. Orders are consistently wrong, they charge you for items not available through the drive thru and you don’t find out till you’re home, because why would they tell you and not charge you 😒 go ANYWHERE else, I promise it will be better.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Highly disappointed by the customer service and the employees do not pay attention to what I order. I ordered an order and right away they lost my order on their machine, the business was not packed and they lost my order, the manger suggested I made the mistake by asking me did I even place an order I had proof from my card that I used that I did indeed buy a order, when I order the items I decided to not get a receipt because I was the only next person in the drive through line, High disappointed and I still left with the wrong order. I will NOT be spending my money there anymore !

The young man working dt on 5/6,5/7 amazing employee did a great job food was fresh service was fast, and the employee was very personable polite and courteous! Next time I am in town this will definitely be my go to restaurant! Thank you for bringing a part of home to me on my trip, not many have this good of service at 5 am!
