I’m always glad when Colleen is working because she’s friendly and gets things right. Great customer service from her. The second window where they hand me my food needs a little work. My last couple orders contained something that was wrong or had something missing.

The manager herself that works here this morning was absolutely disrespectful when we asked for a very simple accommodation that any other McDonald's has never had an issue with. And when we brought that up, she told us we're not every McDonald's! -10 star review for you.

My husband and I purposely came to this McDonalds because we thought the one by our house is terrible. Well this one is just as bad. Ordered two bagel sandwich meals and some hot cakes. Got home only to realize they never gave us our second bagel sandwich. Too far to go back. Thanks for taking money from us to not give us all our food.

10/20 pulled in Drive Thru, lines were fairly long! Waited around 15 minutes and no service. People started to leave. We waited 5 more minutes before we left and went to Culver's!
