Check your order before you drive off!! Ordered 4 items which one would think would be pretty hard to screw up. Thought wrong and got home to find no chicken nuggets in the bag (shame on me for not checking a simple 4 item order). Hey, I guess we got the dipping sauce so theres that. This was at like 2:30pm on a Monday so not busy..

Nice, clean McDonald's with great service, professional employees, and tasty food. When I want Micky D's in the Falls, this is the one I'm going to every time! Way better than the one on Appleton.

Got my order wrong twice, rude and slow and didn't get refund for the food I didn't get. I ordered breakfast last minute and when I pick up, they can't make it anymore, which is very acceptable so I just asked for my coffees and refund for the food. Both coffees are wrong. My coffee taste like nothing, they didnt put any cream or sugar in my boyfriend's coffee which was includedin the order. So I went inside and ask to make another one for my coffee. Waited a long time when they don't even have a lot of customers and it tasted exactly like the first one. And AGAIN, they didn't refund for my food!

Waited 10 mins at the drive thru. Employees standing around on their phones...bun was so hard that I couldn't eat it, fries were cold and soggy

They closed at 11pm but ignored us in the drive through at 10:05. Pull around to the window and the girl was just laughing at us.

Got the bigmac grinch meal to go got back home and whoever assembled my bigmac only had 1 patty on it and 3 buns! I was very upset after paying $15 for this meal what a rip off

Terrible service, I've been standing at the counter with six or seven other customers and the workers are literally hiding in the back talking to eachother and acting like they can't hear us up here asking for help. I'm doordashing so I'm trapped here, wish me luck. Never taking an order for this McDonald's again

I brought my family here, was a wonderful greeting and love the workers fast paced onto the food. Fresh hot food and nicely smiles

Black young lady had excellent attitude.

Waited along time for our order we had to go up and ask when it was coming, and there was only one other person there at that time. The tables were dirty to. I believe they were short staffed as usual.
