I always come here on my lunch break for at least a Coke, the staff are always super nice and I get my order out ASAP. I’m honestly confused why this McDonald’s has so many bad reviews. My orders are never messed up or anything either, haters back off my homies at this Mickey-D’s.

I got one mc chicken and it took 8 business days

Food here takes longer than a regular restaurant.

This is a good McDonald's

This location has turned itself around. Service and accuracy have gotten much better and have stayed that way for at least a few months. This is a reliable McDonald's, offering everything that McDonald's has to offer.

I ordered to eat there and the place was clean, the staff was friendly and the food came quickly, the fries were crispy and hot and overall the service was excellent, even the manager came over to make sure the food was okay.

We visited this McDonald ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. The burgers were very thin. Bun was hard as hockey puck. Bun was also flat. Not a good choice 😕

My daughter and I just had a wonderful experience at the Menomonee Falls McDonald's on Silver Spring. The staff was extremely nice and courteous, checking up on us periodically while we dined in. They kept their dining area clean and we're kind to all the customers we witnessed walked through the doors. Kudos to the great staff at this McDonald's!!!

Waited 5 mins to order then 15 minutes to actually receive the food. All food was cold, incomplete, and completely trash.

Has to one of the absolute FILTHIEST locations. second time there are GNATS flying out of BOTH drink fountains! Every single table and chair is covered in sticky left over food.

Always extremely slow and employees who do not seem to care. Waited in line 30+ mins, many times at the drive through.

I live within a block of this location and have TRIED to go there every once in a while, but I'm done.
Every single time the food is nearly ice cold, and we live right next to the place. The last few times before this they forgot to put in a third of the order in our bag, and this very last time the Quarter Pounder with cheese I ordered had nothing on it but giant raw onions. At least half an onion on top and not even diced up, huge pieces bigger than our fries.
This is not the first time at this location, I have been trying to be patient with them because I understand you can't always get the best crew every shift. But after five years of constant bad service I'm done completely. Service and employees this inconsistent for half a decade means the higher ups aren't doing their job: bad management or a horrible owner.

Drive North on Pilgrim Road for a mile and there is McDonald's that is not this one.

Good customer service. We had a large order and the gentleman was super patient and kind. He even gave us another Halloween boo bucket when asked for my little sister. I always have good experience here. Thanks!!

The food at the establishment was not fresh, and to make matters worse, we were charged $1 for a cup of water. When my husband inquired about upgrading to a larger drink, ($1 any size soda) for the same price, the worker refused, citing the higher cost of sodas at $1.90. This decision left my husband dissatisfied, as we are frequent customers in the area and have never been charged for water in the past.
