Poor customer service is all I can say. The large and busy store has ONE cash register and employees wait in line to use it. Lines out front door ... customers waiting. So poorly run I avoid even though their products are great. Too bad.

I drive in from West Bend for Grandma Nino's Black & white cookies and the sausage rolls. Oh what flavor! I always get a breakfast Pinini and some subs. Oh.....the eclairs are so full. So are the lemon& cherry slices. I would often meet high school friends class of '65 for a soup & sandwich lunch. Tina and staff are so friendly. My love for this bakery has lasted 50 of my 75 years. I will miss Nino's and wish you well. See you this morning. Gotta load up on memories. God be with you always.

I have been grabbing breakfast, hot ham and rolls, spaghetti dinners, and Christmas cookies from here since my daughter was little. Had to stop by one last time for some cookies and scones before they close next month. I am so sad and you will be missed.

Awesome place for great deserts or sandwiches. They also sell chocolates and other hard to find items. Employees have always been wonderful and they get you in and out quick.

After living downtown Falls within 3 minute walk from my home, I finally had lunch today. Turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomatoe sub sandwich along with their chili...excellent! My stomach allows for 1/2 now and rest later...I ate it all in one. I couldn't put it down. Excellent. Staff amazing. Love it!!

How did it take me so long to visit Ninos!? My girls and I went to downtown Menomonee Falls for small business Saturday and decided to go in. We're so glad we did. There were impressive sizes samples of their pastries, coffee and wine. After venturing in we saw the deli case and the huge case is cookies. Obviously we had to get a huge sampling of all the Italian cookies. Our favorites were the small black and whites. They were soft and super delicious. Our only regret? Not getting more cookies. We polished off several on the way to our car and then again that night. What an adorable deli/bakery filled with incredible eats. I'm sad it took us this long to go in but now that we have, we won't stay away long.

I have been going to Nino's my entire life, I went to check the hours on google and I saw a 3 star review posted last week. So here's my 5 stars, I wish I could give you 6! Anyone that knows anything knows this is a staple institution of the falls, and has always been consistent and great.

Super sweet and attentive staff. I had the breakfast panini super fresh. I bought some jalapeno gnocchi to try for lunch. Lovely bakery.

First time visiting, oct 17th this place is flipping amazing. The people working there were extremely patient and kind. The bakery was phenomenal. Ham and rolls were on special. Also extremely enjoyable. I will be back.

Great place for a sandwich or sub. The six inch sub is plenty to eat. Especially busy on Sundays for ham and rolls. They also have great looking baked goods.Attentive, hard working staff.

We've passed Nino's quite a few times but they were always closed. The exterior of the building is really crisp and colorful. Very engaging. We decided to make sure we went past and could stop during their business hours. WOW! We are huge fans of the bakery and deli sandwiches. The interior is really clean and merchandised well. We would love to try items from their freezer case but we usually are on a way away from home instead of going home. I'm not a huge fan of cannoli but Nino's was the best I ever had. The Italian cookies are delicious. Stop in for a sandwich and a loaf to go. You will not be disappointed. I hope eventually they will be open an extra hour but I realize it's a family business and it's probably a very long day for them.
