Panera Bread

This was the dirtiest Panera I have ever been to. Our bowls had old food residue on them. No one cleaned a table the entire time I was there and they were not too busy.

I am so upset! I purchased a salad online and picked it up. Got to work and there is no dressing just a dry salad. I've been trying to call for last hour as I am at work and they are not answering. So now I have no lunch.

No baguettes but food was very good.

Apparently the bagel slicer was down so it was done by hand. You work at a bagel place and cant even slice a bagel right. Next time ill just take them home and slice myself.

The portion size was small, but flavor and quality was great. It's cleaner than some other Panera's I've been to.

Soups slaps sandwiches are amazing wish they had more GF options not that I require it but friends do and it can be a deciding factor in where you eat

Oh my, one sandwich is over ten dollars! But it was really good. That stale entire baguette however, ouch, definately from yesterday! $3.79 for the birds, dang, usually look so forward to it.

I did ask for brócoli and cheddar soup it was warm, not hot. Also a chicken bacon rancher sandwich and no bacon. What the heck!?!?

Was severely understaffed when I was there and I waited 35 minutes for food. The place needs better management/ownership. Employees were very respectful about the delay though

Food was amazing and fresh! Service was great and the employees are very friendly! We always stop at this location when traveling to Milwaukee for concerts.

Great food, poor guest services. Been 3 weeks since the manager promised a free meal ticket in the mail and 3 weeks since my order was never delivered still no refund, I know that's doordash but you do business with them so it reflects poorly on you too.
All and all a very poor experience and my only solution is to cut ties. I really don't care about 30 some bucks. I can understand the 4.1 rating, you all need to get it together......

BEST EVER EXPERIENCE & QUALITY OF FOOD

They have ok meals but I am 78 yrs old and difficulty walking. The only place to get up the walks from the parking lot is pretty out of the way. Hate waiting in the booths as you can't see when others arrive. The walls on booths can't be seen over.

Great healthy breakfast fast foods . My favorite thing to get is this pecan braid actually

Ordering via the computer is always annoying. Not sure my order was even accepted. I waited too long for it to show up and ran out of time and left!
