Always good food and reliable place to go when you are shopping in the area. Not a destination resteraunt, but a I'm in the area anyway kind of stop. The ordering process and loud yelling of your name by the kitchen is outdated and weird. How much would it cost to give a customer a tent number for the table and have a couple of employees to take the food to the tables and clean up the tables ? And making me wait for my drink cup instead of giving it to me at the order desk while I need a drink because I'm coughing is just rude.

I had placed a pick up order for just bakery items and had been waiting in the store. The lady who was getting my bakery items had grabbed a cookie out of the case and then had put it back and grabbed one that was already packaged. I had asked the lady if that was the order for Neveah and she said in a very snarky tone “I don’t know we will call the order when it’s ready” I was asking because she had put a cookie back and grabbed another one. I then had gotten my order and I had asked the girl who was up front who was very friendly if that was her manager and she had said yes and I had let her know her manager was extremely rude. Her manager had then talked to the girl and then the manager started yelling Ma’am at me multiple times and I had left because of the very rude interaction with her, the manager. I went to open my cookie that the manager had grabbed from the bin that was prepackaged and it was completely hard and did not look good. I went back in and had let the girl who was very friendly know. She had then gotten me a cookie from the case. I had said my apologizes to you for having to deal with such a horrible manager. I did not have a pleasant experience with this manager but the girl working in the front was very friendly and polite. No manager should treat customers by yelling at them or answering in a sassy way.

2 of 4 coffee dispensers empty, only hazelnut and decaf available. Tried decaf, bad. Waited 6 minutes for split toasted bagel. Got it 6 minutes later, went to car, when finally opened bag, bagel burned.
Really hate giving a tip prior to service. Won't be back.

This Panera is great! The food is pretty good. The service was great, the tables and chairs are clean and they were fast getting the food out. However the bathrooms where average.

Don't EVER order delivery through the app. It is a complete nightmare and the management is unwilling to rectify it.

I ordered delivery through the app and was waiting for my order that never came. I discovered they use third-party delivery through DoorDash. It turns out my Dasher canceled my order. I called the store and they said there was nothing that they could do and I would have to call DoorDash. Wanting to assume the best, I contacted the driver and she claimed her car broke down and there was another dasher on the way that will be there in 20 minutes. Twenty minutes passed and no one ever came. I called DoorDash and basically said the Dasher lied and there was no one on the way. They were very gracious and resubmitted my order and assigned it to another dasher. I saw that two dashers had came to the store to pick up my order, but my order was canceled both times. I called the store and the woman I spoke to claimed there was no way they would remake the order unless I called DoorDash and they could submit the order back into the Panera system. In my opinion, this is poor customer service because I had called and she was aware of the situation. I expressed to her I had hungry children at home that were waiting to eat. She said there was nothing she could do and they would not remake it unless I called DoorDash. I called DoorDash and they said they were not able to do what the employee was requesting. They contacted Panera customer service, who were very gracious and offered me credits towards my next visits. There is either serious issues with the app that need to be addressed or employees need to be more knowledgeable about how to actually fix these issues for the benefit of the customer instead of sending them to play phone tag trying to rectify the problem.

I will be taking my concerns to corporate and won't be coming to this store again until I have the assurance they will be more solutions oriented and customer focused should issues arise in the future.

This was the dirtiest Panera I have ever been to. Our bowls had old food residue on them. No one cleaned a table the entire time I was there and they were not too busy.

I am so upset! I purchased a salad online and picked it up. Got to work and there is no dressing just a dry salad. I've been trying to call for last hour as I am at work and they are not answering. So now I have no lunch.
