Papa Johns Pizza

Last week we ordered 3 pizzas and garlic dough sticks and this was probably the most disgusting pizza our family has ever had. All three pizzas were dry and hardly had any toppings on them. This will be our last time ordering from this place. Plus our order took forever to make and was cold as well. Overall awful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our pizza arrived over 3 hours late and was completely cold when it finally showed up. To make matters worse, I tried calling over a dozen times to check on the order and could not get through once. No updates, no accountability, no apology. This was beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I will never order from here again.

We had 2 different items. Only 1 showed up. We tried calling the store to clear things up. The worker said the person left to deliver our food. The person never showed up with the order. We called again and a girl answered and said, “Stop calling my store!” and hung up. Horrible behavior for no reason, we just wanted our food that we paid for.

I attempted to place an online order. Email confirmation stated order would be ready 7:31 pm to 7:41 pm. At 8 pm the order had not even been started. They just said not ready. When I asked I just told them to cancel it. I'm not even sure if the cashier that was also making pizzas ever washed his hands. There were a dozen people standing in the store waiting for orders as well. What a disappointment.

Scheduled an order pickup for 2 hours out and after 3 hours they still had not even made the order :(

I always order carry out for my pizzas and they never really fail me .. My fav pizza spot.... Always order with extra cheese for it to look how mine look lol

The absolute worst location in SE Wisconsin. Pizza arrived luke warm and barely cooked. Don't even try calling, nobody picks up the phone. Filing a complaint with home office. It's been terrible for a couple years now. Never again.

Pizza took over two hours to arrive. When we called the store to get and update, the lady said she knows nothing about the status of our pizza, even though she did confirm getting the order. When we asked her to check the status she said she couldn’t.

Terrible. Pizza never showed up. Called the store and no answer. Place should go out of business. Employee stated she was the only one working!

I rarely do this, but his was honestly the worst place I've ever been to. These dudes were touching everyones food with their bare hands.y online order said it would be ready at 5:30, and that it WAS in fact ready. Got there even 10 minutes late, waited there for 20 minutes, finally got the food, gave me the wrong order, had to wait another 10 minutes. Pizza wasn't even warm when they gave it to me. Those dudes are jokes

Paid for meat lover's with extra ingredients (cheese, mushrooms, and olives). NO MEAT AT ALL - ONLY the extra ingredients! A 3-ingredient pizza would have been cheaper, so you STOLE from me!!!

Asked for square cut. Pizza was so badly cut into WEDGES that my fiance had to re-cut the entire pizza.

The manager never does anything, so I won't expect any contact. I think we'll just find somewhere else. HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN READ. Dammit.

Absolute worst excuse of a business ever, and I have tried to give this location multiple chances and benefit of the doubt. Delivery is never timely. Accuracy of orders is frequently off, I’ll have a delivery driver show up to my house without an item and act like they expect me to say it’s okay and to forget it, when I literally live 5 minutes away. I understand worker shortages and delivery is difficult at times so I’ve tried to place pick up orders to alleviate them, but also prefer (and pay for) the convenience so I don’t have to load 3 kids in a car. The kicker lately came when I placed an order at 5:30 pm. At the time, the projected time of arrival was 6:10-6:20. I used the online tracker which showed in the preparation phase for too long, so I called the restaurant at 6:25. I was placed on hold, at which time I noticed they transferred my order to DoorDash- DoorDash was made aware of my order at 6:27, while I was on hold. The worker never came back on the phone, or took the hold off and all I heard was background noise. The DD employee was at the restaurant at 6:37, but my pizza was still being prepared. Also, the delivery instructions provided to DoorDash were not accurate.
Food arrived- warm at best.
