Papa Johns Pizza

Paid for meat lover's with extra ingredients (cheese, mushrooms, and olives). NO MEAT AT ALL - ONLY the extra ingredients! A 3-ingredient pizza would have been cheaper, so you STOLE from me!!!

Asked for square cut. Pizza was so badly cut into WEDGES that my fiance had to re-cut the entire pizza.

The manager never does anything, so I won't expect any contact. I think we'll just find somewhere else. HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN READ. Dammit.

Absolute worst excuse of a business ever, and I have tried to give this location multiple chances and benefit of the doubt. Delivery is never timely. Accuracy of orders is frequently off, I’ll have a delivery driver show up to my house without an item and act like they expect me to say it’s okay and to forget it, when I literally live 5 minutes away. I understand worker shortages and delivery is difficult at times so I’ve tried to place pick up orders to alleviate them, but also prefer (and pay for) the convenience so I don’t have to load 3 kids in a car. The kicker lately came when I placed an order at 5:30 pm. At the time, the projected time of arrival was 6:10-6:20. I used the online tracker which showed in the preparation phase for too long, so I called the restaurant at 6:25. I was placed on hold, at which time I noticed they transferred my order to DoorDash- DoorDash was made aware of my order at 6:27, while I was on hold. The worker never came back on the phone, or took the hold off and all I heard was background noise. The DD employee was at the restaurant at 6:37, but my pizza was still being prepared. Also, the delivery instructions provided to DoorDash were not accurate.
Food arrived- warm at best.

My family very frequently has ordered delivery from this location for years. As of recent, the delivery and service has been poor at best. Very frequently parts of our order are missing (extra sauce, wings, breadsticks, etc) and delivery takes over an hour each time (we live less than 10 minutes away). We live in apartments so its understandable that they would have issues finding our exact address. Have called multiple times to complain and the person who answers the phone always has an attitude. After covid ended this location went severely down hill. I hope these issues can change, but seeing how these negative reviews touching on what I have experienced go back for years... I doubt they will.

Edit: I have been waiting over 40 minutes for a single order of breadsticks and extra sauce after they forgot it.

Edit 2: It's been over an hour for something that used to be an extremely fast fix. Extremely disappointing.

FINAL EDIT: Took 86 minutes from the call about missing breaksticks to the delivery of them (driver didn't get out of car, expected to walk all the way to the parking lot). Breadsticks came unseasoned and extra greasy, missing the extra garlic sauces we paid for. This is an embarrassment on their part.

Check your order BEFORE leaving the store!! I ordered carry out and they got my order wrong and forgot part of my order. I called figuring I would have to drive back to get the rest of my order only to have the manager tell me I was wrong, my order was correct and not missing anything. Judging by other recent reviews this store is much worse than it used to be.

If you're a criminal looking for quick getaway, this is the place. She's alone making pizza and gossiping on the phone at the same time. She doesn't pay attention to you and she's very slow at making pizza. Bring your blanket and take a nap while you're waiting.

I never had problems at this location until the last two visits. I picked up my last order and the delivery driver was squealing his tires through the parking lot and came in the store cussing. I’m not sensitive to that but it was uncomfortable the way he did it. Now I ordered delivery and paid for 3 extra garlic sauces and all of them were open. Tried to call and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes while I write this. Guess I’m throwing those out and not going there any more. Looking at the other reviews they won’t be in business much longer. Sad because that is my favorite pizza

Update : hung up on twice, 40 minutes

Pizza wasn’t even made right. Pepperoni under cheese and double the cheese doesn’t taste right. I can’t eat it, going in garbage.

This location is so hit or miss. 90% of the time, the pizza is cut terribly. Pictured is an example (sorry, we were hungry so this is after eating!). This was half pepperoni/half sausage. They didn’t cut along the dividing line (two slices had both) and the slice sizes were severely skewed. This wasn’t the first time, but by far was the worst we’d gotten from here.

We usually order extra sauce, which we actually get maybe half the time.

The flavor is on par with the chain, overall it’s just ok and we keep coming back for the convenience, price, and reward points. But now that I see other reviews about cross contamination, I’m not sure I’ll ever come back.

I don't understand the purpose of the site telling you when it is ready when it's make believe at best. It said that my order was ready, third box hadn't been out together yet. Then the site said that I had picked up my food, but it still wasn't ready yet. Eta was 6:11-6:21, at 6:34 my pickup order was finally ready. Staff seemed to be working hard and was very busy just incredibly inaccurate.

Made an order online.They messed it all up and said that we're supposed to deliver two hours later than what we ordered it for when to talk to the manager got nowhere

I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I've ordered from here multiple times and never had a bad experience.
For chain pizza, I think it's great. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.
