Check your order BEFORE leaving the store!! I ordered carry out and they got my order wrong and forgot part of my order. I called figuring I would have to drive back to get the rest of my order only to have the manager tell me I was wrong, my order was correct and not missing anything. Judging by other recent reviews this store is much worse than it used to be.

If you're a criminal looking for quick getaway, this is the place. She's alone making pizza and gossiping on the phone at the same time. She doesn't pay attention to you and she's very slow at making pizza. Bring your blanket and take a nap while you're waiting.

I never had problems at this location until the last two visits. I picked up my last order and the delivery driver was squealing his tires through the parking lot and came in the store cussing. I’m not sensitive to that but it was uncomfortable the way he did it. Now I ordered delivery and paid for 3 extra garlic sauces and all of them were open. Tried to call and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes while I write this. Guess I’m throwing those out and not going there any more. Looking at the other reviews they won’t be in business much longer. Sad because that is my favorite pizza

Update : hung up on twice, 40 minutes

Pizza wasn’t even made right. Pepperoni under cheese and double the cheese doesn’t taste right. I can’t eat it, going in garbage.

This location is so hit or miss. 90% of the time, the pizza is cut terribly. Pictured is an example (sorry, we were hungry so this is after eating!). This was half pepperoni/half sausage. They didn’t cut along the dividing line (two slices had both) and the slice sizes were severely skewed. This wasn’t the first time, but by far was the worst we’d gotten from here.

We usually order extra sauce, which we actually get maybe half the time.

The flavor is on par with the chain, overall it’s just ok and we keep coming back for the convenience, price, and reward points. But now that I see other reviews about cross contamination, I’m not sure I’ll ever come back.

I don't understand the purpose of the site telling you when it is ready when it's make believe at best. It said that my order was ready, third box hadn't been out together yet. Then the site said that I had picked up my food, but it still wasn't ready yet. Eta was 6:11-6:21, at 6:34 my pickup order was finally ready. Staff seemed to be working hard and was very busy just incredibly inaccurate.

Made an order online.They messed it all up and said that we're supposed to deliver two hours later than what we ordered it for when to talk to the manager got nowhere

I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I've ordered from here multiple times and never had a bad experience.
For chain pizza, I think it's great. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Ordered online for work, confirmed delivery for 1230pm. Then tracking said should be delivered by 1245pm. 130pm call to figure out where it is, no answer several times, finally get someone and get put on hold for 10min before the call hangs up. Call and call and finally get someone that says oh the order says 230pm which is false. They can’t have the order for another 2 hours. Seeing the reviews here jokes on me for not looking first. Avoid this place at all costs. All of the papa johns in the area are horribly run now. Nothing but frustration.

Nightmare experience. Ordered a delivery for my family at 4:15pm received it at 7:35pm. Called several times and was either put on hold for thirty minutes or was hung up on. Called from two phones. Finally got a hold of the Manager who said it was six minutes away. After another thirty minutes I called and the team lead said it ordered incorrect as pick up. Even though on my wife's phone it said delivery and the Manager said it was six minutes away. Asked for their corporate phone number was put on hold, after fifty minutes I hung up. After our delivery arrived it was ice cold and all of the labels were ripped off. We threw it out. So disappointed. We have ordered from Papa John's for almost twenty years. Never again.

Pizza was great as always but the crust was wrong. It's on me for not checking it prior to leaving with my carryout but I guess I'm stuck thinking I shouldn't have to...that said, it was still delicious, timely, and staff was friendly

Worst delivery ever! What the heck!!!!!!! You should close your store!!!!!!

Order never arrived after placing it online....called 5x and no one picked up the phone.....just close up shop and stop wasting people's time.
